A gem! A welcome that was both professional, very warm and full of little attentions. The room is prettier than in the photos, I was pleasantly surprised by its size, and felt good there immediately. The bedding is very comfortable and the calm is appreciable. The dinner in the room and in several courses was excellent. Vegetarian or vegan versions are available. Impeccable and attentive service, a wonderful experience. Delicious breakfast too. I loved my stay and I will not hesitate to come back on a future trip to Kyoto.
