I stayed in this hotel for three nights. The location is very good. There is a very delicious Showa Izakaya near the hotel. We ate there for two nights in a row. There are many small shops. This is why I booked it. But there are a few things that I really don’t want to complain about. Not fast. 1) The hotel POS machine has limitations. There is no UnionPay, and the most important thing is that domestic credit cards (swipe payment) cannot be used. We can only use chip cards or foreign contactless credit cards, which caused us to go out to withdraw cash temporarily. 2) There is no free drinking water in the room, so you need to go out to buy mineral water every day. 3) When cleaning the room, you need to stick the magnet on the back of the door to the outside. These reasons make me feel that spending 1,400 yuan a night is not worth it. Of course, it’s understandable that the red maple season doubles. All in all, this hotel is suitable for families traveling with children and the elderly, but if the price exceeds 1,000, it is not recommended.

This is my second time using it. I had a good impression last time, but this time the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a lot of black mold. Also, the room next door was noisy until late at night, so I contacted the front desk and they said they would ask for help, but it didn't get any quieter after that. I was a little disappointed because I really liked the location and convenience.

Great! Convenient location and comfortable room

The brightness of the room is just right. This is a simple room, but it is interesting because it is designed in various ways. The breakfast is delicious and I want to use it again.

Beautiful, simple, well designed hotel. Comfortable beds, large windows, cool traditional Japanese bathroom, lovely pyjamas. Disappointing encounter in coffee shop. It appears on website and with hotel layout to be part of hotel but it isn’t. The waitress demanded that I buy a drink when joining my husband as he finished his. We left rapidly and felt disinclined to return there for breakfast or any meals.

Nice, clean, minimalist property. Would stay again. Staff were helpful and it is in an excellent location that is close walking to Nishiki Market, shopping areas, restaurants, etc.

Close to multiple subway/train stops, close to all the popular tourist spots while still being in a quiet area. The Japanese style room was spacious and clean. The bathrooms super modern. I enjoyed staying here!

Great room. Awesome loft beds , heaps of space . Great coffee !! Loved the use of kitchen and washing facilities. Loved it !!

Convenient for breakfast, dinner, and transportation to Eki. Quiet and clean.

A really lovely hotel, everything about it was wonderful. The staff were discreet but helpful, the room was a good size and quiet, and the common room space and kitchen was much appreciated. Everything just felt great. And the location is brilliant too, surrounded by lots of quirky and interesting shops and restaurants, a short walk from the busy food market and close to the metro. We got to know the area really well over a few days and it felt very safe and calm. The only very minor comment is that there are limited laundry facilities which were always in use.

Our stay here was wonderful. Everything about the hotel decor, facilities,staff,location was 10/10.
