A great hotel! The front desk service is warm and kind. Ms. Ping speaks fluent English and helped us recommend a delicious roasted bird restaurant. Thank you so much🥰. This room is the most spacious one we have stayed in during this trip to Japan. It is neat and clean. The bathroom and toilet are separated, and the bathtub is also very spacious, which is very convenient for us! The daily cleaning service is also very good. The only small drawback is that it is a bit far away from Karasuma Oike Station, which takes about 8-10 minutes to walk. However, we still like this hotel very much and will continue to choose them next time we come to Kyoto!

The price is a bit high for a four with a minimal set of options.
The staff is terrible - they greeted and saw off coldly, simply giving and taking away the card. We forgot a good, child’s jacket in the room and wrote to the hotel - in response there was silence. Not kosher for Japan at all.
