The room is quite big for Japan. I especially like the tatami. It is very family-friendly. There is a barbecue restaurant opposite the hotel and a 711 convenience store nearby.

The hotel is on a small road and may be difficult to find for the first time. It is about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. We took a taxi directly from Kyoto Station to the hotel for 1,900 yen because we were carrying a large suitcase. The room is relatively large for a general hotel in Japan. When you open the door, you will see the sofa in the living room. If three people stay, there is a double bed room and a tatami room next to it. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas. The bathtub is quite large and can be set to soak in water. The toiletries are all pola, and coffee is also provided in the room for self-service. There are many places to eat near the hotel. Breakfast can be solved in Nishidoin Dining Hall in a few minutes. There is an izakaya next to it at night. It takes about a quarter of an hour to walk to the popular ramen Yuguang. The staff at the front desk of the hotel are also very warm and thoughtful. The next day, we needed to take a taxi after checking out. She helped us call a car on the app to connect with the driver and escorted us out to the car.
