Easy to check in and the staff were friendly. Facilities very clean and spacious and everything was easy to access. A quick 10 minute walk straight down to the station so it is easy to access all of Kyoto from this area very easily.

It was great. The room was clean and big. The location is good. It’s 13 minutes walk to the train station and 2 minutes to bus station.

This place was ok—it was a bit far from Kyoto station and attractions. There was no attendant regularly at the front desk. Everything was petty basic, although it was clean and the room was a bit larger than others I’ve stayed in. I would choose a place more centrally located next time.

This hotel has a tatami floor, which was a new experience for us. There are not many staff but they know how to communicate in English. They were also very helpful when we originally misunderstood the accommodation tax.

They didn't clean the room and they didn't bring towels properly even once for 5 days, so you always had to speak and the speaking system was in Japanese through a tablet on the first floor. He doesn't even talk about it properly. There are a lot of stains on the floor that don't come off and they smell bad. It was the worst The good thing is that the washing machine is free. This was nice.
