The room facilities are pretty good, but on the day of check-in, there will be a separate paper informing me that an additional fee of 3,000 yen will be charged. I find it strange. On the day of check-in, you can just go upstairs and find out how to check in.

They were very easy and communicative, for the amount it costs it is very spacious and a quick walk to the bus stop / metro or a 15 minute walk to Kyoto station is very nice. A quiet area of town with a lot of local amenities, I would recommend this for a long term stay as it is very comfortable.
