The hot water was broken since i found it at late 11 pm but still be able to get contact with the host, although a wasted of 30 mins of her trying to fix it remotely, and she said that she will send a staff to come repairing the facility but ended up relocating us to another 304 room. Still ok but the price it’s a bit expensive considering the service we were given. The location is nice but have to be careful that if you drive, u will be forcefully to entered the stone zone which i think is part of the pedestrian zone.

The location is easy to find, just turn left on the small road next to Kiyomizu Temple Sannzaka. The stairs are a bit narrow, so be careful when carrying your suitcase upstairs. The room layout is compact and fully equipped, making it very comfortable to stay.

Remember to check whether there is a text message or email with a pre-check-in notice before checking in!!! If the landlord is not waiting at the counter, you have to find the key safe box at the entrance by yourself when you arrive on site. The password of the safe box can only be seen with the check-in notice given by the landlord.

The hotel is located right on the internet-famous staircase just outside Kiyomizudera Temple. If the current price can be maintained, it will be extremely cost-effective. I would definitely recommend it.
