Prime location 7 mins walk from JR Kyoto, hotel is the definition of only basic, room is extremely small, no kettle,
No water or tea, the toilet floor will be wet if you shower, 10 mins before checkout they will knock on your door to remind you, nevertheless the staff there is friendly also you cant store any luggage after you check out.

Very nice little hotel. Take JR from Kansai Airport or Tennoji Osaka-Shin-Osaka to Kyoto Station. It is very close to Kyoto Station, about an eight-minute walk. It is very convenient to take bus 50, 9, 17, etc. from near the hotel and Kyoto Station to Kinkakuji Temple, Nijo Castle and Ginkakuji Temple. The hotel's service attitude and sanitary environment are first-class. The bed in the single room is enough to sleep two people who are not fat. If guests pay attention to civility and courtesy, if they are low-key, the hotel will not ask. There is a simple breakfast, water, tea and coffee, and the service is very polite and like home. Good reviews, highly recommended.

Everything was beautiful. There is a permanent coffee and soup service. 500 meters walking distance to Kyoto train station. There are restaurants nearby where you can eat at affordable prices. The rooms are a little small but okay. Thank you

Since the hotel does not maintain rooms every day, it would be better if new garbage bags can be arranged every day.
There is no kettle in the room, you can still borrow one from the front desk👍
The simple breakfast provided includes bread, toast, different jams, instant noodles, coffee, corn soup, onion soup, etc. You can choose by yourself, which is not bad. Overall hygiene!

The hotel is on the left hand side in front of Kyoto Station and diagonally opposite Takeda Hospital. It is actually quite convenient.
