The arrival at the hotel started badly with a young receptionist full of germs she kept spreading in her tissue and around (as if we did not just get out of a pandemic that showed us how far any virus can travel) and she started laughing at me in French (assuming that I do not speak over 10 languages including French) saying that I want a room taken by another customer: how rude of her to assume that. The older manager thankfully intervened and the room we checked in via the app was given to us, explaining to the manager, however sick from the road I was, that we did not want something extraordinary: - the room had the lines of the newly built hotels we stayed in the USA and just like in the USA, this room proved to have poor insulation between rooms, slamming doors and the trepidation noises on the hallways to make stuff vibrate in the room. Thankfully everything stopped soon after 10pm and we had a good night sleep only disturbed by the construction next door the following morning, however quiet those people were trying to operate their machinery - parking at the back of the hotel is safe and thankfully Google satellite helped us immensely with travelling to and from Quebec City trying to avoid the major road works happening just about everywhere - the hotel is located near a major shopping area and a Walmart great with icecreams and drinks we always like having - breakfast at the hotel included warm items and it was varied although people kept taking multiple tables to sit and talk: I guess the lower floors were rather busy since we hardly heard any talk up our floor - the manager was kind in thinking of sending a warm up gift, although I wish the young female receptionist would receive further training and stopped assuming things she wanted to assume about customers who effectively pay her salary

Room was old in bad shape, headboards were peeling, floor dirty, bathroom baseboards looked like they were never clean, missing grout in shower, tub very slippery, no glass provided in bathroom, coffee maker didn’t work they replaced it with another machine which they said they tried and it worked not true my husband ended up fixing it. My husband was told to leave the gym because they said the treadmill was too loud for the people ,so maybe you shouldn’t have it on the third floor or not advertise you have a gym. We booked a prestige plus room as according to the pictures you show a much bigger room that actually looks nice and clean, the room we received was small and very dull and drabby. We wanted to change rooms and were told we could not. We booked this room months ago and when we arrived the hotel was not full therefore I think more effort should have been made to accommodate us. I would not ever recommend this hotel it was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Unfortunately the pictures I took were lost much to my dismay as I could have proven the bad shape and cleanliness of this room.

We visited this hotel for a few days to check out the pool and atmosphere based on the photos. here are some of our thoughts 1. The pool has no shallow end, make sure you bring floaters if you have kiddos who cannot swim. 2. The sauna is just a warm water tub with jets but is quickly crowded as many don't like how cold the main pool sometimes gets. Just depends on your hot/cold tolerance. 3. Do not look at the ceiling in the pool area, it is nasty with lots of rust on the ceiling and filth hanging down from the ceiling fans. It's far away but still unsightly. 4. The rooms are dark and outdated. The coffee maker in our room worked on the first day and never again. There's a dampness / cigarette smoke smell that lingers in the rooms. I'm not sure if these used to be smoking rooms but that smell never went away. Both TVs in our room were also broken by day 2. If you value quiet, do not ask for a courtyard/pool view, it is very noisy! Rooms facing outside the hotel are quieter. 5. The onsite restaurant is descent, food pretty good but understaffed and they get quickly overwhelmed if large groups show up, which they do on our trip. They did their best but were not ready for the influx. Overall we had a good vacation but value for money just isn't there, especially if the hotel gets busy.

Stayed August 2024. Check-in and out was easy. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. The high ceilings are very nice. Front desk lent us a block as there’s no usb port in the room. A very good breakfast with loads of variety served with a smile. We really wanted to swim. Hot tub was hot. Pool water was not moving and had gobs of hair and spit floating on top. Went to the desk for a chat and the next morning water was moving and clear and we could smell the chlorine so someone had attended to it. Too late for us so we were disappointed but hopefully the next guests enjoyed it.

Great location: 10-15 min walk to the old city
Spectacular view: My husbnd and I stayed at a old city / river view room
Great restaurant in the Looby: we arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm, didn’t have much option for late dinner. We had ‘Beef Cheek’ and ‘Black Cod’ at Cabu. Food was amazing! We loved food so much, went back to their grab & go/ coffee bar after we checked out.
Other things: Nice to have Nespresso machine and Crabtree amenities

This trip is considered to be the best value-for-money hotel, with new facilities, high-level rooms, and a comfortable stay. It is not inferior to other four or five-star hotels, but it is located in a small town and is a bit biased for tourism. It is actually a business accommodation Hotel, but it happened to be the way we passed by the itinerary, so staying for one night for a transition is very good

Arriving at Loulou's is like coming home. André greets us with his boisterous ”Bonjour,” and we are immediately into a lively conversation. We regularly stop at Loulou's to spend a day in Old Quebec: buskers, crêpes, the boardwalk... Charny itself is such a find example of an old Quebec village, just walking those streets is fun (or we go over to view the falls). I particularly like the enormity of the old church.

We loved this hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, modern, nicely furnished and had a pristine bathroom. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast. The hot breakfast was handy when we had a lot of activiities planned for our 4 day stay and easily kept hunger at bay past lunch. Levis itself is very pretty down by the river and it was easy and convenient to the ferry to hop on, go across and spend a day and evening walking around Old Town Quebec. The hotel was in a good location right off the highway and had restautants, shopping and conveniences nearby. Would definitely stay at this hogel again.

There is no tourist attraction around, you have to go to Quebec City for that (a 30 minute drive), but if you like a quiet place in nature, it is a perfect place. There is a mountain outdoor centre (Empire 47) right on the other side of the road of the hotel and there is Stoneham ski mountain nearby. The hotel has heated warm indoor and outdoor pools and spas, and an activity center on the premise with mini-golf, tennis, canoes, etc. There is only one restaurant around, the one in the hotel ( a fine restaurant), otherwise you have to go to Stoneham, and you are better to reserve your table (because when we went, it was full).

GGuest UserGreat location, easy access to the room both from outside and inside. The hotel is clean and modern. We had a good continental breakfast, where the hostesses were very prompt and helpful. We spent 3 days, we enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel.
This area is sort of the ”hotel *****” near the airport. The Grand Times Hotel has excellent desk staff. Elizabeth was very helpful in helping me figure out how to use public transit to get where I needed to go. The room was clean and comfortable. There were adequate amenities - eg: towels, coffee maker and coffee et. Continental breakfast was fine for <$9.00 CDN. The lady managing the breakfast area kept it in excellent condition. There is no other food service offered, so coming in late on a Sunday night, everything including A&W on the same parking lot and McD down the block were closed. There are vending machines for pop, chips, chocolate bars. If you are arriving anywhere in Quebec on Sunday night, make sure you take food with you. For birdwatchers, there is a pond out back that is known as a good place to find rarities.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in total deconstruction! The cadres are barely absent from the second floor! This is just a gap and layer of paintings of the past. Let's do the internet there is no connection from the start after I have been trying again but the signal is so weak that my teleconference call is at the dust, that it experiences unpleasant, The hotel is not very good, it is not very good. The doors do not sweep, so my two-year-old daughter can escape any time during the night and the furniture is all fixed to the walls so the only furniture I can put before the door are a few chairs she can move. However, I reserved for an adult and a child. To make this much worse, at 10PM, after I took my bath and I was installed with my two-year-old child the front desk calls me to tell me that he called a trailer because my car overshoots the white line in the parking. Therefore, a mother and her child must be left out of a hotel room that doesn't get to the bar, cross a completely decreased corridor face a front desk that has had the kindness to call a trailer at ten hours of the evening, 3 hours after their arrival. And that they move the car 10 cm before returning to the worst hotel around the world where the worm is held that all this is normal for a Tuesday, they go down the corridor that doesn't look at anything and they go into a The hotel is a hotel that doesn't get rid of it. At 10 a.m.! If you think I would recommend this hotel to anyone you're wrong. I'd like to sleep in my car, vertically. I'll probably have to sleep in a chair in any way to make sure my child can't escape. I would really give them only one star for the creativity they exercise to make their clients chi3. I'll never stay here a second time. I don't even want to stay here tonight. There is no point anyway because I can't lock the door. I hate! and I've never seen a hotel employee behave like that! Go anywhere else. Find a field, you'll be better served and sleep in peace. PS: this was written on my cellular package because there was no connection to the Internet in my room.
TTravel92253We arrived very late and stayed one night at this airport hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a budget hotel, so the lobby and other areas were unimpressive, but for our purpose, it served us well. The standard breakfast buffet was ok. NOTE- this property does not have an elevator. If you do not get a room on the ground floor, you will need to carry your bags to the second floor.
Very nice hotel overall! The room was lovely and comfortable, with great lightning, but also very nice blinds to sleep-in late in the dark. Everything in the room was perfect and clean, from the bed, to the fireplace. A lovely rain and body shower just perfected it even more! We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the water slide let us have our inner child moment:) The breakfast could have more options, but it was pretty good overall! And the Boston Pizza downstairs is a perfect restaurant option for supper. We sadly didn’t get the chance to visit the Carie Factory, but we know for a fact it would’ve made our stay even more perfect, if that’s even possible! Would highly recommend!
孙孙Hotel price is good, the basics can not find a suitable hotel in the early 100s, the service is very satisfied, the poor friends can choose this hotel, very good
