As usual, this stay met our expectations because Hampton is consistently high quality. The breakfast was fine, except for the oa**eal; it was gummy and not very appealing.

入住給安排的一樓客房，第二天一早八九點就非常嘈雜，打開門一看是幾個老莫開始施工，在換地毯。去前台投訴，她一臉正經滴説我們最近在換地毯，還和我説所以一樓關閉了！（那你們還安排我住一樓？？？）
本來就是衹住一晚的行程，但是一早擾人清夢，我還在倒時差，就在我門口大面積施工打膠換地毯，服務真的不敢恭維。
早餐也是泛善可陳，沒有一點綠葉菜和水果，都是高糖的美式蛋糕和油膩膩的碳水，感覺歡朋這個早餐比國內同系列差多了。

I was staying there for business. The staff was outstanding. I appreciated the shuttle driver taking me to the office a block away so that I didn't have to risk falling on the ice due to the snow and ice on the streets.

It was not bad, but not great either. The window to our room looked into a brick wall about 3 feet outside, so the view was entirely blocked. And the blind was broken so we could not get any natural light into our room for the entirety of our 3-night stay. While we were there, the cleaning crew didn't clean any part of the bathroom, including the toilet.
