I had prepaid for a king suite was put in to a room with 2 queen beds and no microwave the fridge would start dripping water ever 2 hours. The room was dirty and I had sticky stuff on the floor human hair behind the bathroom door a dog bug back stuffed behind the desk under the tv, what looked like animal food under the same beak against the wall. I stop house keeping and asked them to vacuum the room and clean the bathroom but it was the same. I understand the hotel is under construction but this was a birthday weekend trip for me and my partner only my 2nd time stay at this hotel don’t think their will be a third. Only one working elevator one working ice me home gym closed down and hot tub out of order the pool water was like bath water. I normally don’t complain but this was honestly no right. I should have taken more photos been these I showed to the front desk minutes after stepping in the room.

Everything was as expected. They are going through a remodel so one has to take that in mind. Our room was recently renovated and very nice. I especially enjoyed the heavily discounted price due to the remodel.

This is a chain hotel located next to a highway. The hotel offers Ramada's standard services. For some reason, the hotel didn't provide hot coffee for guests on the day of our check-in, which was quite disappointing. The breakfast selection was decent, and the hotel's facilities were up to the standard of a global chain brand. Aside from the disappointment of not providing hot coffee, the overall experience was acceptable.

The name is Olympia. It's actually in Lacey next door. Two I5 exits are missing Brand hotel guaranteed Breakfast is the best along the way Especially the cranberry pastries Target is not far away and is very convenient for shopping and rest.

The hotel was being reno'd for marriott (for the past 2.5 years?!!).. The check in was cheapo...the brekky was amateur hour.wont be back
