The hotel is in service. A very big stick ...NEREIDA. It is a receptionist/server of the hotel. We stayed two nights since q we had communion. We talked last night about hiring two taxis but we didn't confirm it.They misunderstood the instruction and hired the two taxis. Nereida called me to the mobile and told me q was not right and after discussing, he shut me the phone saying q had to pay 17 Euros to the taxis and q had no moral or ethical. Cdo I tried the subject personally with her, since q I asked, with an incredible soberbia towards me, the client, manifested me q never locked my phone and q , of course, I had no reason q seems to be q , in dreams or in a imaginary world, We confirmed the taxis. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed overnight while touring Spain & Portugal by motorcycle. I'm English, deaf as a post and don't speak Spanish. This hotel has all the things I want when I'm traveling, a decent sized room with good en suite facilities, a quiet and peaceful garden to unwind in, and excellent food. The whole place just feels comfortable, but best of all it has really nice, friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Loved it here.

What a find. Thank you to other reviewers. We were driving through Spain in a classic car so like a hotel with secure parking which isn't too much of a detour from the motorway. This hotel fits the bill and even has additional underground parking at no extra charge. The hotel is in a historic building with lovely grounds, a short taxi ride into Valladolid (we didn't have time to do this). Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. On the back of other reviews wedined in the restaurant and are, so glad we did. A fabulous chef and waited on with pride by Juan (who was happy to speak English) and charm. A hugely hospitable overnight stop. We will be back on our next trip and make time to visit the old town centre too.

Normalito para el precio de 125 por la noche. Ibamos con mi hijo de 9 meses, solicite cuna y nos pusieron un parque cuna bastante deteriorado y lo peor sin colchón, era una colchoneta super fina. La habitación de tamaño estaba bastante bien y la cama cómoda. tiene cosas ya con falta de cambiar y algo deterioradas pero en general bien El aire no enfriaba mucho y al estar la carretera al lado se escuchaban un poco los coches. La ubicación es normalita también lo bueno pilla cerca de un parque grande.

This is a beautiful hotel. The renaissance columns from the former palace are in evidence in the dining room and hallways. Paloma is the true star of the show in staff. She goes out of her way to be super helpful. She made sure I was taken care of when I left, since I was going home alone. It is centrally located in the old town. There was a charming Christmas market, and the Plaza is ringed with restaurants and shops, in addition to a long pedestrian shopping plaza with anything you could want, including groceries. The only thing I wished for was a coffee pot in the room, but that is probably and American thing anyway.

The room was very small & outdated. The mattress cheap & nasty. It is supposed to be 4 star but the facilities were non existent, not even tea or coffee making facilities. There was lamp sticking out of the headboard which is a daft place to put it. The restaurant was closed but could eat mediocre food in the cafe/bar. Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

Feeling tired and chilly we stopped off at the ibis in Valladolid January 13th it was after 6pm not expecting to stop we hadn’t booked in anywhere, the lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was very welcoming, we didn’t order any dinner as tbh we were too tired to eat but she made up a lovely tea tray for us no problem. Our room was warm & clean the wifi was excellent , the bed was clean very comfortable, peaceful no noise, shower clean and hot, the continental breakfast was very nice,the day time staff also very kind,most impressed will stay again, thank you

We arrived very early since we had to drop off our rental car in the train station. There was a reserved parking space in front of the hotel to drop off our luggage and do the check in. This was great. We were able to return the car and start walking the city without having to drag the suitcases to the hotel. We came back to the hotel at about 3:00pm. Our room was very nice. The decor was very pretty. There was enough space in the room and the bathroom to feel comfortable. The hotel was very nice. The location not the best to be close to the center of town, but it worked for us since the next day we walked to the train station to take the train back to Madrid.
