Nice area, clean rooms , nice pool

I’ve stayed here a few times last year and this is my first time back after their reopening and the room I have is great. I love the flooring the mini fridge is as tall as me and it’s the perfect size for a week or longer stay. I love how pet friendly they are as well as I have my two fur babies with me and it’s very affordable including pet fee and the size and how clean and nice the room is compared to others that charge way more for a filthy room. New management did good and I’ll be coming back.

Reserved online and received a call immediately from the front desk clerk, she wanted to ask what floor did I prefer. She was very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and roomie. It had a clean fridge and microwave, clean wood floors and clean linens. I would def. stay here again if needed.

It was not that great there was no ice machine and I am elderly and there are no side handles to get in the tub and no mat or decals in the tub so unfortunately I slipped and fell in the tub.

Horrible experience. Employees demanded entry as facilities needed to finish remodeling the room. Door was forced twice by housekeeping even when I let them know no service was needed. Then front desk came to open the door again I hold it shut and asked what are you doing and said they must enter now.

The rooms and everything is new, but they have the smell to the paint.

Room had that new construction smell (chemical-ish), as I believe it was in a new wing, recently constructed. Otherwise, it was a great room for the price.

The beds were very hard. There were four people in this room. There weren't enough towels, washcloths, cups and coffee without asking for more. Kleenex in the room would have been nice. The refrigerator was great. The TV was nice.

Sketchy people in the parking lot and surrounding areas. A $100 cleaning deposit that is not immediately refunded is also annoying. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the room was spotless.
