The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good.
Trying to cancel my next booking through here.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

The person at check in was very friendly and helpful
The room was ok, but i purchased bleach, dawn dishwasher soap and a brush. I cleaned the tub as it needed cleaning. The floor was laminate which is cleaner than rug, but i moved chair and someone pill was laying there. Also floor was not very clean,as I wore slippers, they were very dirty on the bottom. Replacing floor but leaving rug at the sink area seem not a good idea. You could see it was not even vacuumed. The weather stripping on bottom of the door needs replacing, maybe thats why all dust blows in on the flooring. I needed to ask for towels everyday. It not a bad hotel, but do thinks it should be clean, as for health reasons.

The Lobby area has been renovated but the parking lot is in terrible shape. Broken asphalt, pot holes. Could easily be a tripping hazard for elderly people or women in heels. The rooms are very dated and dirty. They need a remodel badly. The pros are convenient location to London Bridge, shops and restaurants. The third floor rooms offer a partial blocked view of the lake. Rooms have microwave, small refrigerators and small coffee makers.

The property is dirty, they couldnt find our reservation. Said access to the room was a minimal walk with stairs and it was difficult for my special needs child. Broken parts/accessories in the room. Very disappointed. Good point, comfortable beds.

The hotel was close to everything and I could park my rental truck in the lot. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and walked with me to show me where the stairs to my room were.

The room was difficult to find. The ice was on the first floor around the building. It was so dirty we didn’t want ice from it. The place ran out of eggs.
The room we had was to be non smoking as my kid has asthma. It smelled so awful if cigar and cigarettes. The wall was filthy. The tub was dirty

Street noise, stairway noise, connecting room doors not insulated and the people next door left TV on ALL night.

Our room was facing the highway. We had a little view of the lake but the noise from the vehicles on the road kept us up all night. The walls are thin that you could hear the people outside with their bags.
