住了三天的房間，我們退房忘了鞋子在裏面，酒店沒有給我們打電話説有東西忘在酒店而是自行扔掉了，客人忘記東西酒店不應該先打電話通知客人的嗎？我們打電話過去問，酒店給的回覆卻是一雙懶鞋子自己報警去
