Absolutely fantastic! The location in the heart of Wengji Ancient Village is perfect. The room was huge with two 1.5-meter beds, and the young couple who own the place keep it impeccably clean. We arrived during the National Day holiday, and Xiaoqiang came to the parking lot to pick us up and help with our luggage. I definitely wouldn't recommend driving in yourself; the stone road is too steep and narrow. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the parking lot anyway. The next morning, Xiaoqiang drove us to see the sea of clouds and explore the ancient tea forests. When we got back, he even cooked us delicious hot rice noodles. They also have ethnic clothing for rent with lots of props, so you can just ask the proprietress to do your hair and you're ready for some photos! Enjoying tea couldn't be easier either, as they have their own high-quality tea.

The owners are a young couple who kept the rooms spotless and tidy. The bathroom was clean and hygienic, with a separate shower and toilet – very thoughtful. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the balcony, and the view is absolutely stunning. Waking up to watch the sea of ​​clouds and sunrise – what could possibly worry you?! I was initially worried about insects in the mountains, but after two days, there weren't any! Not a single bug. There are eight rooms on the first and second floors, all with fantastic views. The rooms are also quite large and spacious. The twin beds could easily fit four people! 🙈🙈🙈 The owners are shy yet very welcoming; we would sit together every day for tea and a chat, which was very enjoyable. I really didn't want to leave. They have their own tea plantation; I recommend trying it.

A trip to Jingmai Mountain full of surprises. The owner of the B&B is a very nice person. He doesn't talk much but is eager to help you. The car we chartered had a minor problem on the way up the mountain. After we called the boss, he rushed to the scene on his scooter to help us contact the mechanic. Because we were in a hurry to watch the sunset, the boss rode his motorcycle back and changed to an SUV to pick up our family of three to the B&B. After settling in, it took about three minutes on foot to reach the viewing platform for watching the sunset, without any delay. Afterwards, we transferred 100 yuan to the boss to thank him. He said a lot to us on WeChat, refused to accept it, and returned it to us. The next morning we planned to watch the sunrise and the sea of ​​clouds, and we left very early. When the boss found out, he sent us a message asking why we didn't tell him in advance so that he could prepare some porridge, eggs, and another local specialty (I didn't remember the name) for us. Our family of three was moved again. As for accommodation, the room is big enough and the bathroom is not small. It has all the necessary toiletries, air conditioning, and a hair dryer. There is a small terrace with an ancient tree opposite, which is a great place to daydream at night. The room was clean and tidy. We didn't feel like we had missed out on such a good deal by staying in such an old village. We were pleasantly surprised and the price was not expensive either. Finally, the villagers in Jingmai Mountain are very simple and honest. They will not cheat you just because you are a tourist. You will be served the same food as the villagers, and the prices are clearly marked. You don't have to pay for tea, and it's okay if you don't buy it. You can touch this and ask that, and people won't look at you coldly. They will answer your questions enthusiastically. The scenery of Jingmai Mountain is beautiful and the people are simple, so you can come and have fun without worry.

The chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. As we were leaving, the owner surprised us with some of his home-grown black tea as a parting gift. The only thing is, due to the village's heritage protection, the road up the mountain is unpaved with a lot of loose gravel and steep slopes. For those driving themselves, I'd recommend renting an SUV with an engine displacement of 1.8L or higher for a more convenient ascent.

The room design is amazing, overlooking the entire Jingmai Mountain, and you can see the dreamy scene of clouds and mist in the house. If you are lucky, you can encounter magnificent sea of ​​clouds and beautiful sunset, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery without leaving your home. The location of the B&B is perfect. It is very convenient to go to various attractions and saves a lot of time. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and attention to detail. During this trip, I not only appreciated the beauty of Jingmai Mountain, but also gained a deeper understanding of the local culture. The room was in a great location, accessible by car. It's inside the village, and the rooms are all upstairs, in the owner's own house. I've seen some guesthouses open onto the street, which can be quite noisy. At night, the chirping of insects was pleasant, and my children even recorded it. With the balcony door closed, it was quiet, and the air was fresh in the morning. There's a comfortable shared terrace. The breakfast was quite generous for a guesthouse, with several buffet options. The owner even let me bring our driver over for a free meal. They even gave us a large bag of tea when we left. I'd definitely recommend staying here with friends visiting.

Jingmai Mountain is generally good, not commercialized, the villagers are more sincere and hospitable, the consumption is not high and reasonable, and I visited Mangjing, Wengji, Sungang, Dapingzhang Tea Garden to experience vegetable tea, the overall gray is often good, except for the clothes board road!
