Hotels near Farm, Sao Paulo

The room in the photo looked great, but in person it was quite disappointing given the lack of good maintenance (for a hotel of this category, in one of the most important cities in Brazil). The room is well distributed, and the fact that it has a small sofa is very good, in addition to the complimentary water. However, the headboard of the bed with the lining peeling off leaves a disgusting and very bad appearance, the infiltration in the booth, stains on the shower floor, chipped bedside table and lack of cleaning (sticky glass marks that I had to clean). Very boring and in a certain way frustrating.

It was a good stay, unfortunately the breakfast service and internet, were the low point of this. Everything else is top notch. Starting the work day with an orange juice with more water than nectar is not ideal. In addition to the meals, they were very poor in variety

The room was great, very clean, the breakfast was very selective, and it was delicious. The attitude of the service staff was also very good. There were small snacks every night for free. The overall evaluation was very good.

SUPER RECOMENDO!!! Hotel muito bem localizado. O lobby é bem bonito, com um piano e quadros de muito bom gosto. O c-in foi rápido, muito caloroso, onde recebi todas informações necessárias. Ao chegar no quarto, eu e minha família ficamos tocados com o carinho e atenção da família Mercure. Meu pequeno logo correu para a ”cabaninha” montada na sala(ele amou). Mimos e agrados, juntos com uma cartinha de Boas Vindas muito carinhosa, assinada pela @EquipeMercure, também já nos aguardavam na mesa da sala. O quarto é moderno, muito aconchegante e a limpeza impecável. O fato da TV ser móvel, podendo atender tanto a sala quanto o quarto também foi muito bem pensado. Chuveiro maravilhoso. A piscina é incrível (aquecida e limpa). Fomos todos os dias. A academia muito boa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Buffet variado e com opções de muita qualidade. A agilidade e atenção da equipe do restaurante na organização, limpeza e reposição é impressionante. É perceptível o empenho e cuidado de todos. No dia do c-out, recebi late c-out cortesia. Agradeço imensamente toda Equipe Mercure Pinheiros pelo carinho e atenção. Em especial, a Daiane Lima(Reservas) e Claudinei(Recepção), mas ressalto a importância de todos e parabenizo pelo excelente atendimento, desde a gerência, passando pelo Rafael, Daiane, Carla e todos os demais que não guardei o nome, mas que certamente fizeram a minha experiência e da minha família ser INCRÍVEL. Well located hotel. The lobby is very beautiful. The catering is delicious. The breakfast is great: quality and variety! Eggs Benedict are excellent! The staff is very good especially the porters … thanks to them 😉

The hotel is located on a quiet and secure street, near Paulista, pharmacies and cafeterias. The room is wide, has a front room, a small kitchen: induction furnishing, some tea bags and a freezer supplied; the bathroom has amenities. The breakfast is well served, I asked for a dinner at the hotel restaurant and was well served and very good. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a small academy.

Very professional and accommodating staff. Mr Souza at the desk goes above and beyond. Hotel was remarkably clean, breakfast outstanding, and in a great neighborhood with good restaurants and shops close by. The room was good and the breakfast was very rich. The surrounding environment is safe and it is convenient to eat around. There is a large shopping mall and subway station nearby.

This was my second visit to the hotel and my second review. Nothing has really changed since my previous visit, except the pandemic. The hotel was very clean and the in the breakfast service, everybody respected the rules. What I’m missing is a lobby bar and some fresher looking paint in the hallways. When you get out of the elevators it looks like some kind of 2-star hotel with the yellowish painting, but the image changes when you get into your room. I don’t actually interact much with the staff, except when checking in and out. They are friendly and efficient. No problems there. I have already booked this same hotel for my next trip. The hotel is very good for the price if you book early. I always book on Accor site and get a discount and never have had any problems with the booking.
