"The hotel is clean and pleasant, especially since it's exclusively for grown-ups - no children, so the atmosphere it very quiet. It's at the edge of the hotels area, furthest from the sea shore, but it still is within walking distance (even inn the heat of Eilat). The rooms are nice, the breakfast is excellent, the supper is very good, and all in all it was a positive experience. However, special requests made in advance were met with supposedly positive intentions, but with zero implementation. One of us is handicapped, so we asked for a non-slip mat in the shower. They said yes, of course, but never provided it. We also stated in advance we were celebrating a birthday - other hotels usually refer to it in some way (some go as far as cake and balloons) - here another zero. Also, parking space is limited; the only parking available is at a public lot, about a 5-minute walk away, currently on a badly broken and blocked sidewalk. I would have expected a hotel to provide some sort of a solution for a handicapped guest when they know it in advance. Well, expectations... (the manager I spoke to when we checked out promised to send an email with a discount for next time. As usual: positive intentions, zero implementation.)"

"The hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful."

BBrigitteSThe hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

GGuest UserGreat location ! The stuff are very polite and welcoming We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian. Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy. Please make sure he gets this compliment.

Qqiqi_xuThe Caesar in Eilat was the most disappointing hotel for me during my 25 days of sightseeing in Israel. From the environment to the facilities and the attitude of the staff, it is completely different from Caesar in Tiberias. The hotel environment is extremely ordinary, completely inconsistent with the level it is marked on, and the room facilities are outdated. The first thing I noticed when I checked in was that the balcony door was broken. I called and asked for repairs. The repairman was very nice but they had to go back and forth several times to get tools and it took more than an hour to fix it. The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor, and the room given seems to be a room on the podium floor, and the corridor is crowded. The breakfast environment is also noisy and the food is not rich. Fortunately, we only booked one night and moved to another hotel nearby the next day.

GGuest UserThe Hotel was very clean including the rooms and all the common areas. Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc. Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area.

GGuest UserЗдравствуйте,проживали с дочкой в Эйлате в гостинице Сахара в июне месяце.Расположение отеля не очень удобное, до моря далеко идти.Благо транспорт есть рядом, в шаговой доступности.Понравилась чистота и большая кровать.Окон в номере не было, микроволновки тоже.Зато есть чай и кофе и горячая вода это все из удобств, меняли полотенца.Администраторы были отстраненные, особо не помогали.В следующий раз навыберу отель с удобствами и ближе к морю.

GGuest UserHotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were basic, there was a smell in the hotel which they tried to cover with air freshener but we got used to it. The bathrooms need a little update but was fine for a short stay. The pool was beautiful

Clean and equipped rooms The children enjoyed the pools and the facilities, and we all enjoyed the food at a very high level.
