Sahara Hotel Eilat
"We stayed here for one night prior to our trip into Jordan. We didn’t need a pool which is really the only thing missing in this clean, modern, well kept hotel. They don’t serve breakfast but they have a deal with a restaurant round the corner where you can get an Israeli breakfast for an additional 50 shekel"
Herbert Samuel the Reef Eilat
"Was really good very kind staff and good breakfast"
Eve Eilat by Adam Hotels
"Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms were basic, there was a smell in the hotel which they tried to cover with air freshener but we got used to it. The bathrooms need a little update but was fine for a short stay. The pool was beautiful"
Melio Hotel Eilat
"We've never stayed in that part of the city and were pleasantly surprised to find such a pleasant and basic hotel at an affordable rate. It was only one night and a nice clean room was just what we needed. There's a minibar and kettle in the room and also free coffee and water at the lobby. The staff was nice, especially Aya the housekeeping manager."

"Everything was good. Good bed and kitchen,we were family of 5 and we had everything we need .Of course we brought from home what we did not expect that will be in this flat like shampoo ,soap, oil for cooking, salt, fan. There were a fairy and new sponge for washing dishes. We liked everything and I recommend this apartment to everyone ."
Dan Panorama Eilat
"This is our second time in this hotel since the beginning of the year! As like before we did enjoy very much! The staff are very helpful & gave good service. The staff in the front the front desk (Michael & Dima) attended every needs we needed. And Issam the evening duty manager pampered us! Me & my friends really appreciate his service & assistance to us! The food is excellent in our entire stay! We highly recommend this hotel. Every penny is worth!"
Prima Music Hotel
"A classic hotel, pleasant music that accompanies you on every floor. Clean and tidy rooms. Great for a family vacation with children. Suitable for families who like peace and quiet and not pool parties. The food served in the dining room, morning and evening, is clean, delicious, and inviting."
Herods Palace Hotels & Spa Eilat a Premium Collection by Fattal Hotels
"Great vacation , great food and good service and especially by the public relations managers Rinat Benita that Wes taking care that we will gate what is needed. We took room that include the free drinks and lunch and it was very nice to get it between the track fast and dinner"
U Magic Palace
"Good Location, Adequate Facilities, Poor Service Stayed: 2 nights Location: Great location about 1 km from the beach, overlooking the harbor and within easy walking distance of tourist areas. Rooms & Property: Rooms are dated and show noticeable wear, but are fine for short stays. Public areas are bright, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and well organized. Service: Service was the biggest disappointment. No curbside assistance upon arrival and security made no effort to acknowledge or help. Check-in was unfriendly and disengaged. Our room wasn’t ready and luggage storage was handled poorly — bags were left in an open, unsecured room with no staff oversight. Front desk interactions remained unhelpful throughout our stay, lacking even basic courtesies. Overall: Good location and acceptable accommodations, but service did not meet expectations. Would not choose to stay here again."

Herods Boutique Eilat a Premium Collection by Fattal Hotels
"We arrived on Saturday at the Herods Boutique Hotel in Eilat, planning to spend the Shavuot holiday there and celebrate a family birthday. We hoped to begin the holiday in a calm, pleasant atmosphere – but instead, we were met with a frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately unnecessary experience. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, knowing that check-in would be completed by 6:00 PM. In reality, we stood, waited, asked questions, and only received our room at 9:00 PM. The explanation we were given? The previous guests simply didn’t vacate the room – as if that’s our problem, and not the hotel’s responsibility. And what did we do during those five hours? We wandered the streets with a baby just a few months old who couldn’t fall asleep – tired, restless, and above all, sleep-deprived. Our daughter had to sleep with her grandparents, and they – elderly people who came to enjoy themselves – found themselves spending the night in a tense, cramped, and unpleasant situation. As for us, we just felt lost. And when we finally got the room? We discovered it was unclean – leftovers of rice, sunflower seed shells, cigarette butts on the balcony. Instead of a moment of relief – it was just another slap in the face. The staff was polite, but in practice, we received no real help, no solution, and no compensation. It felt like we were just left to deal with it on our own – on a night that was supposed to be the festive start to a special vacation. We arrived in good spirits, ready to celebrate – and left deeply disappointed. This is not how one expects to begin a vacation at a hotel that’s considered luxurious. What a shame. Truly a shame."
U Coral Beach Club Eilat – Ultra All Inclusive
"We have been guests of this hotel for the best part of 20 years already from when it was Club Med, sometimes just the 2 of us, at other times with our family of 8 to 10. In general it used to be very good but has progressively badly deteriorated. The beach is no longer private. The quality and variety of cocktails is very poor and abysmal. Staff at reception is good, elsewhere grumpy and acting as if doing you a favour. The pool staff is excellent, pool entrainment poor. Evening entertainment good in general. We booked for 4 nights. On arrival we requested an upgrade as the hotel was half empty. We expressed our gratitude to the reception staff who agreed. That’s when the problems started. Room 923 was malodorous, upon complaining a cleaner arrived with a bathroom spray. It didn’t help. On the following morning we again complained. A technician checked the air vents and found them in good order. Several hours later at around 10 pm, another technician arrives to check the sewage. Both technicians acknowledged the malodorous state of the room and a leak of water from the sink, when one actually said: it seems your holiday is gone! We demanded that the manager comes to see the state of the room. After almost 3days of complaints, the very efficient Ophira came, saw and smelt it all and offered a different room the standard of which is lower than we originally booked. We refused and protested vehemently. Ophira was adamant that there are no other rooms, having experienced the literally flooding of the room and its stink. On the morning of our last day, Ophira phoned to say that the boss has agreed to move us to a room similar to the one we are in, suddenly Ophira found a room!!!, moreover the hotel will compensate us with 10% cash refund and 30% on the next booking. On the morning before we left we went to finalise the compensation, ophira took our details (on a yellow A4), but wouldn’t give us anything in writing. One month after we had left, we had not heard from the hotel. We called Ophira who requested again our details, and another month later, after phoning and rephoning an email duly arrived, saying the hotel will honour the 30% but no mention of the 10% cash refund. All our calls and emails to rectify the hotel’s mistake and failure, remain to this day unanswered. Ophira has blocked our phone calls. Basically there’s nothing more we can do, just to warn other guests. Tiny complaints are probably dealt with promptly. Major complaints are ignored till you spill your blood."
Leonardo Club Eilat - All Inclusive
"I do not recommend this hotel if you have known the coral beach, it has nothing to do with it. At the bar in the show room it smelt of sewage coming up, there were few places around the swimming pool. The pool toilets were not clean. On the other hand, a very friendly welcome with cotton candy, drinks, cakes and activities for children on Sunday. Very canteen-like meal"
Play Eilat Hotel
"Great place, very recommended! Excellent breakfast, pool & location"
Leonardo Privilege Eilat Hotel - All Inclusive
"The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great "all-inclusive" service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!"
Adam Boutique Eilat by Adam Hotels
"We came to this hotel that was included in a deal.It belongs to a chain of hotels in Israel. A surprise experience We did not know that in this hotel, dogs can be included in the rooms. After changing two rooms because of lowd barking of dogs near the rooms, We got a beautiful room after a good service of the lady in the reception. The rooms are big.coffe machine in the room.Bathroom big.The highlight is the kitchen led by the smiling chef Charlie Haim.food is amazing the diversity of plates. The food is served with smille. The buffet in the morning is a masterpiece. There is also a little pool in the hotel.recommend this hotel . The price .is very fair "
