"If you are looking for a place to enjoy some nights in Eilat - this is the best hotel !! We reserved 2 nights in Herods and contacted the hotel for special request. The hotel manager (Shirly) and her staff (the chef and his team) did above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! And indeed , it is an unforgettable one!! This is not our first stay here and we are glad we’ve decided to enjoy our anniversary here as this hotel just continue being the BEST!"

"We will never come back to this hotel. These are the reasons why. - Location - far away from the seaside, so many garbage outside. - Parking - far away from the suites. - Overcrowded on weekends. - Dark public spaces (lobby, dinning area, bar, etc.) - Tiny gym. - Messy rooms (one day our room wasn't cleaned at all, fresh towels and toilet paper!!! were lack). - TV did not work. - Queue to the dining room. - Low quality beverages. No fresh juice. - No barrister. - Only 4 slides were working in a Water Park. - Pool opens only at 9 a.m. - Couldn't find any water cooler at night."

Special thanks to Hadas for making us feel welcome from the very first moment, Maria for her outstanding evening service, and Igal for taking such great care of us every morning. Their kindness and professionalism turned what was supposed to be a short visit into a much longer and more enjoyable stay. We originally came to Eilat for location scouting for an upcoming television production, and the hotel turned out to be the perfect base for our work. Thanks to the warm hospitality, we happily extended our visit from one night to two nights and three days. Room 9514 will always be a memorable part of this experience. As a survivor of five strokes, accessibility, comfort, and convenience are essential for me. I'm happy to say this hotel delivered on all three. Everything felt easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially appreciated was the convenience store inside the hotel, open into the evening. Having easy access to snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials without needing to drive around Eilat made a real difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city's attractions. It's a great choice for families, and I would also recommend it to film and television crews using Eilat as a shooting location (having a car is definitely helpful). Our children loved every minute of the stay, and so did we. We would happily return on our next visit to Eilat. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable! The Sadaka Family & ARGPROD"

"The hotel is very low level The staff is really not nice and uninviting Very small rooms I strongly do not recommend coming here My son got a burn on his hand in the dining room And they didn't even have an ointment to ease the burning The food menu is so basic and tasteless At every position there are huge queues that simply give up waiting"

Food was good, buffet provided many options…but did not spend a lot of time there as there was much to see and do around the city from sightseeing to shopping. Malls, beaches- Red Sea , boat rides, Eilat stone…. Something for everyone!"

"Try to avoid this hotel. Maintance is disaster. Rooms MUST have innovation. When painting walls also painted carpets. Doors are in very bad shape. Coutch near bed is ruined. Not clean enough. Too. Much spray in rooms. The poulation is mostly the low level. WiFi is very low if at all. All included is nice but, does not worth the price. Staff is very nice, but they are not the one who studied hotel service and management. Not enough shelters. No table to work in the room with laptop."

"Brand new, very beautiful, very clean. We loved the peace and quiet; a very good hotel, I recommend it for a couple's holiday or just a weekend. The breakfast was excellent, and I would gladly return. One small negative point: the person who greeted us at reception the first time wasn't very friendly, but we didn't see her again after that. The staff is very friendly overall, especially at the restaurant reception."
