"My wife and I decided on a short visit of Eilat for some Saturday morning scuba diving. We arrived on Friday around 19:00 and had no hotel reservations. One of the places we found on “an apartments for rent” application was this Sahara hotel. Spent the night there and loved it. Clean, comfortable, great air conditioning, good clean shower and great quality soap and towels. For this price - it’s a bargain."

"We were in the hotel, in two rooms, the rooms were all of reasonable size, and well equipped, unfortunately the level of cleanliness was low, and the maintenance was in a less good condition, lots of rust in the shower, the toilet didn't work well, the air conditioner was noisy and although the staff was very nice and came to us every time we called them, they didn't have much to do. The dining room is large, not the cleanest and not the most pleasant but there is a very large selection at breakfast, and the staff here is also very nice. It's a bit of a shame that they use disposable cups and spoons (much nicer to drink from a regular cup). The pool is nice, but here too the lack of maintenance and the feeling of lack of cleanliness are noticeable. To the hotel's credit, I will mention the staff and the variety at breakfast, on the other hand the hotel feels old and not maintained and not clean."

"We've never stayed in that part of the city and were pleasantly surprised to find such a pleasant and basic hotel at an affordable rate. It was only one night and a nice clean room was just what we needed. There's a minibar and kettle in the room and also free coffee and water at the lobby. The staff was nice, especially Aya the housekeeping manager."

"The hotel is nice ans well located. Lots of families w small children. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Max, at the front desk, was so helpful with several things. He went of his way to assist with things we needed. Also, I accidentally left my Kindle in the room and was already at the bus station. Someone from the hotel brought it to me before I left. Way above and beyond honest and helpful."

"We had a fantastic stay The spacious family room and large pool with a sea view are definitely great perks, especially for a family with kids. Fresh food and a variety of dishes made dining enjoyable, we had breakfast and dinner. The hotel is clean and well-maintained despite its age. Plus, being near the coral reef for diving was huge bonus for us since we came for scuba diving."

"An amazing family vacation! Excellent and abundant food! Free drinks including alcohol, popsicles, slushies, activities for kids and adults – archery, trapeze, a movie with popcorn, kids’ camps that give parents peace and quiet and for the kids - lots of fun. Super impressive evening shows by a talented and acrobatic team! On top of that, there’s a perfect beach right next to the hotel with a bridge leading straight to it, a big and fun pool (even slightly heated in winter, so the kids really enjoyed it!). And the service? Outstanding! The entire hotel staff genuinely cares about making sure we’re happy all the time. We came back again and can’t wait for our next vacation! Thank you so much to the hotel team!! ♥️ חופשה משפחתית מעולה ! אוכל מצוין בשפע ! שתיה חופשית כולל אלכוהול, קרטיבים, ברד , פעילויות לילדים ולמבוגרים - חץ וקשת, טרפז , סרט עם פופוקרן, קייטנות לילדים שנותנות שקט להורים וכיף לילדים, הופעות סופר מושקעות בערב של צוות תותחים אקרובטים ומוכשרים!! וחוץ מזה יש גם חוף ים מושלם צמוד למלון עם גשר ישר אליו מהמלון, בריכה גדולה וכייפית (בחורף אפילו מחממים אותה קצת כך שהילדים ממש נהנו!!) ושירות יוצא מן הכלל!! ממש אכפת לכל צוות המלון שנהיה מרוצים כל הזמן! חזרנו שוב ומחכים כבר לחזור שוב לחופשה הבאה תודה רבה לצוות המלון!! ♥️"

"Very disappointed Bed experience for family vacation. Rooms without terraces. The rooms in bad condition and poor maintenance. The towels smell bad, the linen sheets are full of hair( not ours). No feedback or comments from the reception The food is below the average (compared to the high price of the stay). No ice in the pool , I had to get some ice by my self with my two years toddler in 45 Celsius! Defiantly last time here and Fatal hotels. Better to pay more and enjoy real vacation in Isrotel hotels."

"We go every year for a summer vacation in Eilat, we visited all the hotels in Eilat and for sure this is the best hotel we stayed in! The service is fantastic and all the employees, the cleaner, the waiter, the security guard and the managers do the best job there is. The spa is perfect and the pools are great. The hotel is boutique and hosts about 30 couples in my opinion, which is much more pleasant and fun, the crowds are not noticeable. And the highlight is the food, in my life I have never been to a hotel that serves dishes at such a high level in the dining room! Thanks to the entire Harrods team for an amazing experience that ended too quickly☹️"

"Very noisy. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear every party or performance from a kilometer away. A room for three adults was arranged as for a couple and a child even though there was a request for 3 separate beds. The staff simply ignored"
Royal Beach Eilat by Isrotel Exclusive
"Royal Beach is one of the exclusive hotels of Isrotel. It does not disappoint. Rooms are wonderful, from the robes to the empty minibar, and little things like the shower door opening into the shower so the floor doesn't get wet when you exit the shower. But there were many little things that I am surprised at. - The slippers provided are plastic flipflops. I am not a climate activist - but it bothers me that rather than provide the terry slippers that decompose in a year if left outside, the plastic flipfliops will not decompose even in 100 years - no fly traps at pool: dozens of flies descend on you when sitting by the pool. Not a single fly trap to e found - cats at breakfast: every hotel has cat issues, but I counted 6 cats at breakfast on the porch and as soon as someone got up to get another glass of OJ, the cats jumped on the table and ate what was available. Random people has to warn returnees not to eat the food that the cats had shared. - really minor issue: when I stay at the Isrotel Carmel Spa - they serve lox with no black edges - only pure pink smoked salmon. Royal beach should do the same. See picture below. I hope they fix these issues."

"The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great "all-inclusive" service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!"

"Very nice hotel. We're a group of families, from the same place. Once a year, we spend a weekend . Again we enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast and dinner. Hospitality and service was nice, as usual. Also, location of the hotel is good. Only 10-15 minutes walking to ICE mall. We warmly recommend Hotel Neve Eilat."
