Property is really beautiful and staff is also very cooperative. whole family enjoyed cycling, badminton, cricket and spent some relaxing time here. Its just opposite to Chokhi Dhani so very comfortable for us to reach there. Muskan from Sales team is very professional who helped me in booking and provided all the information well in advance so thanks for all the help Muskan. Will surely stay here whenever plan for Jaipur in future.

PPINGGood location, very close to the old town. excellent service. Dinner is very cost-effective, it is recommended to return to the hotel for dinner. From the manager to the waiter are fine. The charter driver has been waiting for someone at the entrance of the attraction, watching it all the time, afraid that we would walk by. awesome

GGuest UserIn the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha! If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

GGuest UserIt was a very unique boutique hotel right in front of Jal Mahal close to Pink City. The location and the staff was excellent. Breakfast could have been better, quite a number of tour groups but overall it was a good and well kept property. There were a few hiccups but recovery was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again in future.

Namaste, this is my second visit to this hotel, my priority is hygiene, order, timing, the hotel is very successful in this regard. My other priority is that much more luxurious hotels could never meet, because you can't pay for friendliness and friendliness. It comes from within and the staff at this hotel have plenty of it, especially CHANDAN, Suresh housekeeping Thank you very much YOGESH, I would like to thank especially the restaurant responsible and staff whose name I do not know, everything was very delicious, it is great that they asked if you had any special requests for the other day. And if you have a birthday, they help you celebrate it in the best way 🙏 12 or 13 November I'm there again and I've already taken my Biryani promise ☺️ Thank you so much for everything🙏

LLYI stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

KKEFEIHotel location is good, there is parking lot, welcome drink is delicious, service is warm. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is designed in a gallery style, and friends can talk softly at the sofa area on the inner gallery, which is very convenient. Breakfast is Indian, Dosa is delicious, and there is also a Western breakfast. There is also a McDonald's option opposite the hotel, suitable for children.

李李Hotel service was excellent! When I booked a full room at the Sheraton Four Seasons Suburban, the lobby manager offered me a free dinner (buffet dinner, rich, with Indian flying cakes, vegetable soup, milk, desserts, fruits, etc., which is very tasteful), and then drove me to a more luxurious Location, better downtown store (the downtown store was expensive when you booked the hotel, so you didn't choose), and handled the check-in and luggage collection throughout the service. Great breakfast and good dining environment! Worth staying!

NNicolas BEWhen we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple ***agers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

So I had to eat here, and the on-site settlement would have to be tax-efficient than the Ctrip package. The rich breakfast at the hotel is not the key to a vegetarian restaurant to appease my little stomach that desires meat
