When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple ***agers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

Recently I was on a week long trip to rajasthan and since the trip was on a budget, I planned to stay at a hostel in jaipur. Not to mention that this was my first time living in a hostel since I'm a luxury traveler. When I entered HOB I must say I was flabbergasted at the sight- such mesmerizing interiors, the tidiness led me in awe of this place. The vibrance is killing, the vibe is so natural and soothing unlike other hostels. The comfortable bunk beds were accompanied by the hospitable staff and an amazing chef. Desi khana was served so well that you'll lick your fingers for sure. Have I mentioned that the terrace has a view of the majestic Nahargarh fort too. Also you can view a beautiful sunrise from their terrace. The owner Mr. Harvinder Ji will always be there to help you out. I would definitely recommend this to you all and will surely be visiting again in the coming months cos my love for Rajasthan is undying.

Excellent location. close to all the main attractions. Everything is in a radius of 20 minutes drive. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. If I had to nitpick, the hot water ran out very quick so could only take a quick shower. Also breakfast options are limited but plenty of restaurants nearby. I would recommend staying here. Young staff but super helpful and willing to help as much as they can. We had a great experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very good quality hotel. Facilities are good. Food quality is also very good. Roof top swimming is infinitely type with very good view. Hotel front office executive mr. Daood is a very helpful person. Next time I will stay here if I come next time.

The property, owned by Beena Goel and her family and ***aged by Shubhjeet, offered a Jaipur-themed ambiance that added a special touch to our experience. The warm hospitality extended to every aspect of our stay, including the delicious food and convenient location near Jaipur railway station. The room was clean and well taken care of, with every necessity for both local and foreign travelers. The food was delicious, and having meals at the common dining table with other travelers enhanced the experience. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff specially Mr Rishabh Jaiswal . Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
