The hotel is very new, the room facilities are very good, the service is also very good, just as a stop for the transit break, the next morning, when we arrived in the middle of the night, we left for the desert Ole to go shopping, almost no facilities, it is said that the top floor has Bar and pool but there is no time to experience. How long does it take to drive to Ole? However, if there is a car, it will be left for one night, so the problem is not big.

The environment and location of the hotel are ok, but the service is not satisfactory. Ctrip stated that the in-store breakfast plus $11, but the hotel charged $38 according to the rack rate, communicated with the front desk, and showed the Ctrip order note, but let us find Ctrip. The parking fee was obviously $18, and the credit card charge was $25. Later, I went to Ctrip's customer service to recover it. Ctrip's after-sales service is as good as always. The hotel’s random chargeback phenomenon, I still hope that the friends who stay in check the bill.

I travel to Palm Springs multiple times per month and this is my preferred stay in Palm Springs. Architecture is like a charming Spanish villa with pools (two, I think), a yoga lawn, tiled staircases and walkways. Beautiful view of the mountains at sunrise. Ricardo on the wait staff is frequently working when I am there and is always warm and friendly. Cafe-style restaurant, bar at the main pool. Overall very pleasant and charming place (except at checkout time when the clack-clack of luggage wheels cross the tiled walkways.) On the north side of downtown, about 10 minutes walk to center of downtown. Would be very nice for a wedding location.
Only one Palm Springs hotel gives guests a generous peppering of luxury complete with a very affordable price tag.

Good airport free shuttle. The high-rise terrace view was really nice. The room close to the elevator is very noisy. But I was able to stand the noise with a nice view. The location is really the best.

Staff were helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. Food was delicious. Only complaint would be the pool being very warm so much so that it wasn’t refreshing. Perhaps they could improve this by adding some kind of shading to the pool area. Otherwise a wonderful stay in a central location.

The location is ambiguous, there are not many amenities around, and the atmosphere is a bit outdated.
Room condition is good and service is good.
Parking is outdoors.
$9 parking fee is not good.
But it's good value for money for a cheap one night stay.
Willing to stay again on my next visit.

4 of us rented two rooms with two queen beds for three nights. Unfortunately the rooms have not been updated or maintained so you're dealing with rattling windows that don't close all the way, caulk coming off of the tub, poor ventilation in the bathroom, only one drawer to try and share, worn carpet, and one small nightstand to share. There is also significant air in the pipes so when you turn on the water at the one small sink the air causes the water to shoot all over the very small countertop. For a room with two queen beds the bathroom is very small and there is no storage. Also; the sink didn't drain well. The main pool area is crowded because they don't have the bar open at the other pool that's available. Also, the hot tub is filled with children 95% of the time which doesn't allow adults to enjoy it. On Friday evening we dropped in at the lobby bar to have a nightcap. The bar was short staffed and the bartender was in an exasperated state so was quite rude. The only bright spot for our stay was the food quality from the JWB restaurant. The prices are ridiculous but at least the food was delicious. With fees and taxes we spent over $500 per night. I've stayed at much better maintained hotels for half that price. Will definitely stay elsewhere the next time we're in Palm Springs.

The Ace Hotel & Swim Club is a modern desert oasis with 2 deep pools, a spa, a gym and close to downtown Palm Springs. I enjoyed my Ace Suite with King bed, upscale living area with vintage furniture like a steamer trunk, guitar, record player and more. There was a private patio, fireplace and bath with a shower & tub. I relished the meals at the onsite Kings Highway (modern roadside diner) especially the Belgian waffles and breakfast burritos. The Feel Good Spa offers guest a laid-back massage and other spa treatments. I opted for the Deep Goodness Bodywork treatment to alleviate my tension and soreness. So, if you are looking for a hotel with a desert chic, natural hot springs and a mountain backdrop............then try the ..........Ace Hotel & Swim Club..............a resort framed by a mountain backdrop and modern homes.

BBurgeWhat a beautiful, quaint and charming little hotel! I’ve always wanted to stay here in the past but I was so happy that a room was available on this visit. What wonderful customer service the entire visit. We stayed two nights and were so relaxed! Such a quiet place and walking distance to so many awesome restaurants not to mention the ****** is right across the street. The pool and jacuzzi was open 24 hours a day which was amazing for a late night swim under the palms and full moon. Highly recommend this boutique! Can’t say enough great things about it.
This was my second visit to the Del Marcos. First trip was back in 2021 and I can say that he quality of the property has gone down hill since 2021. There is wear and tear on many surfaces. Lots of paint touch up needed and many pieces of furniture need to be repaired or replaced. The pool loungers are in DESPERATE need of replacement. Some of them fell through while we were laying on them and they are very sun bleached. The bedding in our room felt old and or cheap. Pillows were the saddest pillows I've ever used. There was no working overhead light or fan in our bathroom, so they put a standing lamp in there. Just felt cheap. The included breakfast feels like they really lowered the quality as well. Still decent but a bit disappointing for the pricepoint of this hotel. The hotel itself is such an iconic space but it is being left in disrepair which is really sad. Back in 2021, it was probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at, and while this time, we still had a really nice time and enjoyed the space, I felt like the price point no longer matches the quality. I do not splurge very often on pricey nice hotels like this so it was a bit disappointing. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.
LLong ThanhSuper nice staff and a location right in the middle of the main stretch of Palm Springs. Free shuttle to and from the airport!
They had fun events like karaoke and bingo on Thursday & Friday. Pool and hot tub were decent. The room itself is big, but kinda dirty. Our room didn't have a view but the price was right.
GGuest UserThis was my second stay in this motel-style place (it’s 2 story - so prepare for stairs - and outside doors all face a courtyard). Super clean, friendly staff, and excellent balconies, pool, and hot tubs. The only downside is that the hotel is on a busy road, but there is a narrow sidewalk to the nearest intersection and the walk into the heart of Palm Springs is pleasant (e.g., it’s an easy 10-minute stroll to the Thursday night market, famous artwork, etc.). Our family has had two great stays here and will continue to make it our go-to for Palm Springs!
BBINThe uncle at the front desk was super enthusiastic, introduced us to local restaurants, and talked about the Texas he had been to. . .
Uncle said that the hotel is not in downtown Palm Springs, it is relatively dark outside, it is best to drive out at night, but it is safe here, don't worry.
Room facilities are average, but clean is fine. Breakfast was pretty good, milk and orange juice were plentiful, and many guests took it to the room to eat.
The highlight of the hotel is the swimming pool, which opens from 8 am to 9 pm. There are two large pools and two small spa pools, which are very suitable for taking pictures.
GGuest UserThe entire hotel staff made me feel very welcomed to the property. I felt very much at home. Alec always goes out of his way to ensure I'm happy. The entire property has a terrific vibe, and it's definately a diverse crowd. All are welcome!
冰冰梅咖啡From the Grand Canyon, I chose this hotel. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and the first floor. The outside of the room is a pool and hot spring pool. I have a comfortable spa at night. Free parking in the yard, there is a restaurant at the entrance of the hotel, very delicious, a lot of people. 20 minutes drive from the desert Ole, shopping is super convenient.
The rooms were very basic. No frig. No microwave. No coffeemaker. No shampoo. Only one hard chair. But, for the most part they were clean although the bed had a noticeable dip in it and our sink faucet was super loose. They were in the middle of repaving the parking lot when were there and we had to move our car to the side where there were homeless people near the parking area which was a little disconcerting at far as security. Despite it's faults, we had a decent night's sleep with little road noise and the price was more reasonable than we found anywhere else in the area. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in, was engaging and claimed I looked like Reba McEntire. Lol. He also stopped us in the parking lot to recommend the margaritas at the local Mexican restaurant. When I checked out in the morning, Jeff asked how our stay had been and made me smile when I turned to leave and he said ”We'll leave the light on for you!” After checking out we realized we needed a key card to access the ice machine for our small cooler. Without hesitation, Jeff offered to make my husband a new key card to accommodate our needs. We were super impressed with the customer service which has not been our experience at most budget motels. If we were staying in the area longer we would probably opt for a motel with more amenities and creature comforts, but for one night, it met our needs and we would stay here again.
SSotoThe cleaning of the room was the only issue for me. There was a bandaid on the top edge of the shower and one of the towels had hair ball on it. The floors we’re swept but not cleaned. Other than that it was what I expected for a short noticed booking. I did get a small refund for my stay which is why gave it high customer service marks.
