The stay was great, perfect location close to the beach( walking distance around 10 min ) staff was friendly and helpful. However I wish they could add eggs in their breakfast menu coz for me it looked like breakfast was local or Chinese style

Stayed for a few nights. It's a good hotel with responsive staff and tasty, though cold, breakfasts. The room maintenance is a bit lacking, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The grounds are very green. You should be aware that there's a noisy construction site nearby, but it's very quiet and comfortable in the evenings. The bustling resort street is also far away.

Royal Chenang Resort has beautiful hotel decorations with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The chef and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our mornings enjoyable. The building could use a bit more maintenance to keep it looking its best, but overall it is still a nice place to stay. Even though the location is slightly far from Chenang Beach, it was not an issue for us as we had a rental car. Overall, we would recommend staying at this hotel.

This is an amazing hotel for its price range! We had a 2-bedroom bungalow with a private pool, though we ended up using the main pool instead. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were good. It's a quiet place; you can't hear any road noise. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away. There are many cafes nearby; we really liked Pirate Cafe and went there several times. There are also shops. However, we couldn't find a currency exchange and had to go to Cenang for that. Breakfast was a bit sparse (though typical for a 3-star), but you won't leave hungry. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help with everything. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys boutique hotels or guesthouses.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The accommodations are a bit dated but still acceptable. Be aware that there's a lot of construction happening in the area and right next to the resort, so expect some noise if you plan to book here. The breakfast is mainly geared towards Asian tastes; Europeans might wish for a bit more variety. We stayed for 4 nights, and we felt that was the maximum for this resort. The pool is very well-maintained but shallow, so it's not suitable for swimming.

Overall, great stay with friends. Chill relax vibe & good location which not far from beach. Nice living room but might need some upgrade to the furniture. The only down side is probably the breakfast choices is too limited (not even a some scramble egg or fried egg offer) & most of the food is cold served. Hope it can be improve. Will consider to come back.

Terrible stay, booked 2 rooms, one was the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and the other one was the Junior Suite With Private Pool!! Toilets were so disgusting, leftover (s) from previous guests, the toilet bowls were stained with black stuff (can't even take photos too disgusted just by looking at it!), the doors can't even lock! Don't expect much from the private pool, it's just so lame! Don't be deceived by the photos, even the public pool is nothing nice at all! Breakfast? Awful! My kids wanted to have the cereals but nahhhhh those are not meant to be served at all, spoilt cereals seemed like been there for ages!! Fried rice, the worst ever! If only I could get TRIP.COM to look into this, as definitely not worth my money!
