We booked 4 rooms at once. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The environment is very beautiful and the rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities are very good, and there is a small balcony. It is refreshing to go to the balcony in the morning to see the beautiful scenery. The service of the hotel is particularly good. The team members left their clothes in the room, and the waiter found it and sent it to us as soon as possible. The night before, our group of 9 people arrived at the hotel at nearly 10 o'clock and wanted to go to the hot spring. The hot spring closed at 11 o'clock. The lobby manager personally took us there and arranged for us to reserve a pool. I fully felt the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. It's a pity that the time for the hot spring experience was a bit rushed. I will definitely go again next time if I have enough time.

Hot water is slow to come up

The overall quality of the waiters is not high. The waiters in the men's changing area are very bad and don't even respond to anything you say.

The room facilities are outdated, and the indoor hot spring pool is not cleaned up after the water is released. Especially the waiter in the men's room, the attitude is extremely bad, and he is indifferent to what I say. I will not choose Tiantan Hot Spring next time.

Accommodation and hot springs are operated separately, and dinner is also in another depar**ent... However, this hotel room faces the mountain, so you can watch the stars and the Milky Way at night.

The hotel has a balcony and views of the mountains and sunset, which is great. But the hot spring is about 10 meters away from the hotel to the south, so it is better to go downstairs to the hot spring hotel. The bath water in the hotel we stayed in only came for a while, and we could only take a bath once, while the hotel over there was free to take a bath, and the facilities were good. I must stay at the hot spring hotel next time.
