Although it is an old hotel, it can be seen that new efforts are being made. The lady on duty at the front desk received a kind and efficient reception and was very professional. Although the room is a traditional pattern, it can be simple and convenient, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Parking in the hotel yard is convenient and the security staff is very responsible. The only small regret I encountered was that the sheets of one bed were not cleaned, which was a little disappointing and I hope to improve in the future.

I accidentally saw the small courtyard. On weekends, the family came, the single house, very quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, the sky is not beautiful, it has been raining, and the children can't move in the yard. Then let's have fun in the small hot spring pool. The boss is responsive and the service sister is warm and hospitable. When we saw us, we gave us our umbrellas as soon as possible. We took several luggages in the rain. Thank you very much 🙏. There are 3 bedrooms in the whole yard, with two hot spring pools, but I can open one 😅, which is a little disappointing for the rule of including the whole yard. If it can be all open and the breakfast is more abundant, the experience will be better.

Overall, it's okay. If you have high requirements, don't try it. Because it is in the middle of the mountain, the environment is okay, the hotel is average, and the hot spring water is a bit turbid because there are many people. Finally, I found the swimming pool and it felt better. I had a bit of a bad experience because I went to the swimming pool without a swimming cap. I bought a swimming cap. The label showed 46 yuan, but the front desk insisted that it was 48 yuan. I was speechless. They told me that the label was wrong. One woman had a particularly bad attitude. She refused to solve the problem and kept telling me that it was only 48 yuan.

My family went to the hot springs on weekends and didn’t want to go back to Xi’an to have a barbecue. So we chose this yard. Seven houses can accommodate many people. The ground floor is a place for drinking tea and chatting and barbecue. You can use the road kitchen for free if you add a little site fee. There was a beautiful sister who was very enthusiastic and helpful. We quarreled until late and found it to be disturbing. She kept saying that it was okay. Of course, we still need to take care of the peace of the neighbors around us, but she has been helping us all the time. Very close to Tiantan there is a car pick-up, suitable for going.

GGuest UserThe store family is very enthusiastic and very good, but the room is really average, there is an air conditioning heating effect, there is no heating and no electric blanket at sub-zero temperature. I didn't take off my clothes at night, and I slept with a quilt and down jacket.
But thanks to the enthusiasm of the staff, there are two suggestions for the store:
1️⃣ If the heating is not realistic, you can lay an electric blanket. The quilt is a four-season quilt. It is really cold in winter.
2️⃣ There is a door at the door on the fourth floor that is useless, but at night, there is a very loud door for someone to enter and exit. Every hotel room has a door. The door of the elevator can actually be removed.
