Facilities: The facilities are relatively old and the standard is Samsung. Hygiene: The sanitary environment and bedding are generally not very clean. Environment: There seems to be a bar downstairs and the sound is too loud at night to make it difficult to sleep. Good location in that it was near a lot of different food places. It was also along the waterfront. Great views of the waterfront from where I was at. Great views of the mountains and hills. I liked how it had a restaurant to eat at. The only thing that I didn't like was the minibar which was kind of tacky where they got you where they want you in making it convenient and tempting for you to eat but the food is more expensive than going to the stores to make some extra money off of you. I also didn't like how they were nitpicky in their variation of price charges on their laundry depending on which type of garment you are washing.

Excellent location, there are many snack bars, coffee shops and entertainment on the nearby street. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, clean and hygienic. Chinese people need to take their documents (do not understand), check out and wait for the hotel staff to check the room before returning the documents.

It was my first time staying in Lao Cai, and the woman at the front desk was smiling and the room was very clean. There is also a restaurant and massage facilities on site, and there are markets and places to eat nearby. It was great to be able to see the Song Hong River from the room.

It is about40K shield (12 yuan) from the old street port. The room is quite big. I live on the 6～ 8th floor. You can see some street views of the old street, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is not lively at all, a bit similar to the market town of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities. The hotel is very clean, similar to the domestic chain store, is three-star, but they are checked in after 14:00, if you check in early, you need to pay another price 340K Shield (100 yuan Rmb), the original price is about 230. Looking at the scenery outside the hotel is okay, there is a bay window sitting by the window, drinking a cup of coffee is very pleasant (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (Ms.) of the small coffee shop on the right hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is very kind and Chinese is not bad.

The room is expensive, the room is tiny. It's modern but the room is so small for this price, it's not worth it. This small room is in Hanoi and Sapa, I only stayed for about 500 during Tet holiday. I'm a business traveler, traveling both domestically and internationally a lot but I swear it's not worth it. Not to mention when booking the room, I chose a room with 1 single bed. When I got the room, they arranged me a tiny room with 2 single beds. And when I asked to change it, they said ”please help me change the room”. Oh, I booked the wrong room, you're going to give me the wrong room, I need your help? The promotional price is still almost 800k. While it doesn't include breakfast, I have to buy an additional 95k/breakfast. Oh my gosh, there are pho noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, white porridge, but the only side dishes are smoked meat and fried sausage. Everything else is gone. When I ate it was 8:35am. Breakfast time is from 6-10am. When I ate, there were still many people eating with me. Overall, it was terrible. I advise everyone not to come. And I will never come back. I was going to record a video of the room but I didn't. The only plus point is that it is modern and clean.
