The hotel is very close to the Grand mall gaisano, and outlet mall in mactan, several food chain in the area but limited variety, the room is huge space firm bed and soft pillow that I like it very much, there is a high wall from the grand gaisano mall that causes telecommunication cut off, the internet is not very fast. Although the staff is polite and approachable helpful ans fast service needed. This hotel is about 10 minutes to the airport if no traffic. They also provide airport shuttle at fix time schedule.

I so love Appleton so much. I even stayed here when there was an earthquake. I love how accommodating they are as well and the room is sooooo big. Kudos!

My experience was good overall, the girl who checked me in was excellent and helpful.
The location for me was good, it’s perhaps a tad overpriced but the location made up for it.
For me the bottom is whether I would stay again in the future and the answer is yes.

The hotel is simple and fair for the price.
It is not new, in fact, the bathroom sink was pretty rusty, but the bed was quite comfortable and the AC worked well.
They didn’t recognize that we ordered a room with breakfast included, which it was an inconvenience, but the trip.com team was kind enough to give a refund.
