"The location is good because its near the terminal and you can find different restaurants near by, even a grocery store is just outside the hotel so its really convenient. The room is also clean and spacious. We book a studio type room so there’s a mini kitchen and a washing machine (but there is an extra charge if you want to use the washing). We dont have much picture inside the room but I included a picture outside the hotel and the view outside the balcony."

I enjoyed the pool and beach area which is like a 5 minutes walk from the hotel, though the pool and beach gets really crowded since outsiders can also use them for a fee. There are also restaurants around. Robinson supermarket and 7-11 for your daily needs. The staff are very accommodating and friendly always smiling and greeting us everyday. Overall a nice place to stay. 🙏🎉🎊😉"

"Best family hotel. All staffs from reception, to bell boys to the restaurants are all so welcoming and accommodating. They have this huge kidzone play place for kids and attendants are so caring , attentive and kind. We really enjoyed all the resorts facilities. My son & niece enjoyed the pool , beach and kidzone. U should join their Shangrila membership to get gift like snorkel set use, ice cream or the 2hr pass from kidzone which is really the best of the 3."

"First off, my child absolutely loved it! The nannies were incredibly kind, and the water facilities were so specialized that my child didn't want to leave. However, the cleanliness was truly disappointing, especially the trash on the floor that was there from check-in. It was never cleaned up, even by check-out. The bedding was torn, revealing yellowed stuffing, and it seemed like they only made the bed and emptied the trash, with no actual cleaning. Breakfast was just okay; eat it if you're hungry. I highly recommend it if you're going for your kids, but don't expect the cleanliness or amenities of other 5-star hotels or resorts. The staff, though, were very friendly."

"We only rented this room to store our luggage and rest a bit before our flight. It was a no-frills stay. Pros: great location, a mall nearby, the hotel has a coffee shop and a bar (though the bar wasn't open), you can order dinner, the room had a fridge, shower, toilet, a travel kit, soap, shampoo, and a large bed. Cons: there was an unpleasant smell outside, and I wouldn't walk around there at night (and there's nowhere to go anyway). There was a plumbing issue, but it was generally resolved."
