The worst hotel experience. They accused us of staining a towel. Because we were in a hurry, we decided to pay for the damage. However, when we got home and examined the towel more closely, we discovered that it was covered in makeup. My wife has never used makeup or foundation. I called the hotel one last time, but they insisted that the stain was ours. We only paid 800 pesos, but I cannot accept this injustice. I hope this reaches the management so they can evaluate their staff and investigate whether there is an ongoing modus operandi.

Great location, just a short drive from the airport. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Staff were extremely polite and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

The room assigned to me was bit noisy it does not cool enough. Was not.able to sleep well.
