Clean motel. Our room was very spacious with TV, bathroom attached. WiFi very slow. No fridge in the room. Poor breakfast (a packed breakfast with banana, apple, a small cake and a yogurt was delivered in our room)

Okay for the price, definitely needs updated. Ooooold carpet, peeling paint and flooring, and sketchy locks. The king bed was rigged to where a queen bed used to be. The bathroom lights being linked together was also kind of a pain. It’s okay for a quick one night stay.

Unfortunately they couldn't find our reservation and the communication was poor and seemed dismissive with us. Yes we got it straightened out, but the next thing we encountered was a semi clean room, the doors were open allowing flies into our room, I went to wash my face and use a wash cloth to clean and dry the counter, and it was dirty all around the caulk around the sink . The floors were dirty near the head of the bed. They didn't have have sheets on one of the beds just a coverlet. And when I tried to shoo the fly out of the room dust from the Wall and possibly ceiling flew all over. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I had a very good experience at this little old motel. Friendly check-in. Room was huge and the window was open. Big pine tree outside, birds singing. Fresh cool air. Great welcome to Wyoming! (There was an AC that worked well later in the day when I needed it.) Quiet. I felt safe. I walked around the property and was delighted by all the birds living in the motel's conifers that serve as a sound break from the interstate. A Subway shares the parking lot and I was able to get coffee and breakfast here at 7 AM before I took scenic "Happy Jack Road" (Route 210) to Cheyenne. Hook up with this byway from I-80 at the Lincoln Memorial exit. Good wifi, comfy bed, good shower, good tv. My experience was positive. The suggestion I have for management here is one I share often. GET RID OF THE STICKY OLD CARPET. Rip it out! Vinyl flooring is easy to clean and guests would prefer it. Skip anything else as far as upgrades (no--black mold mitigation is NOT optional) and get rid of the jungle of disgusting fibers under our feet. Since COVID guests want more antiseptic settings. We like hospital floors in motels!

An amazing sweet very clean deal. We were positively impressed from the moment we walked in. Including the nice surprise when we left with our breakfast snack in a ziplock bag. What a great little overnight. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The bed was not made, sheets Where left for us to make the bed, the room wasn’t cleaned. There was crumbs on the table. The carpet has staines. The room has a weird odor. Mold in the bathroom, the tub and shower was dirty as well. Over all just gross! We will not stay here again.

$100 seems to be the minimal price for accommodations these days. This place met all my mandatories: quiet, clean, bed tolerably comfortable, no issues with toilet or shower. Also a plus was A/C when enabled would run the fan constantly, providing white noise and not waking me up turning on and off through the night. Furniture was dated, carpet could use replacement or move to a solid surface, but those weren't major issues.

Read the reviews and thought it might be a decent place to stay. The outside is very rundown. I went inside to check the price before I booked on *********** for $59. The clerk looked me up and down asked how many (DH & 2 kids) and said $89. I walked out. We ended up going to Laramie Inn for $76 tax included. Much better place!

Horrible experience with the owner. Do not stay here. Booked and paid for our room through **********. Arrived to check in and it there was not a soul insight. No staff, no one to help us check in. The red phone on the wall that you are to call for help. Had a mailbox that is full. There was a paper on the counter that said to call for help. We called, no answer, called again, someone answers from what sounds like a bar, lots of music, laughing, you can hear pool balls in the background, Male voice who is very difficult to understand. Says our room is unlocked, to down stairs and it's on the left, "number 1" went down the stairs, no number 1, went up the stairs, no number 1, called him back and asked again, for help finding the room we paid for. Tells us it's unlocked, number 1, we say there is no number 1 and ask for him to please come to the hotel and help us. He says, it's 1-1-1, I said it's room 111? He yells, NO, 1-room 1. I said there is no room number 1. He yells, 101, try to open door to room 101, I asked again for him to please come to the hotel and help us. He yells, try other doors, try room 102, which you can hear a TV on in that room. We finally locate room 101 at the end of the very cold, dark and dirty hallway, still on the phone I ask where the key to my room that I paid for is. He yells that he will bring it to me. I said, now? I need it now. I need to do things and leave to get food and leave stuff in my room as I get stuff from my car. He yells back, no. Not now. I tell him this is very unprofessional, completely BS and not how you run a business, he replied, "this is my business and how I run it" I tell him I need the key. That I paid for a room and expected to have a key to be able to come and go as needed. He replied later. He will bring it later. We got to the hotel at 8:30pm. He never ever ever brought us a key. We were stuck, not able to leave our room with no way to lock it. He refused to come help us check in. The room was disgusting. Dirty. Blood on the walls, hair covering the bedding. Mold above the shower, hair on the tissue book. During a pandemic you would think they would clean better. There was no one there to help us get new bedding. No one there to give us the WiFi password to use our medical equipment for sleeping that requires wifi. Thankfully we were carrying and had a way to protect ourselves. In the morning my husband tried to resolve the issues and the owner was hostile and refused to even hear our concerns. Has refused to refund us any amount of money for not providing us a key, not providing Wi-Fi that is advertised. Refused to refund anything for the dirty room we were placed in. Do not stay here. You will not be safe. Your stuff will not be safe. This owner is not there to provide a safe place to stay. They only care about money and do not care about protection of their guest and their belongings. They told us to just open doors until we found an open room. Didn't care whose room we opened. Refus
