I had a good time in this seafront hotel for a couple's weekend. Modern room, bathroom a little more dated but overall functional, I appreciated the small balcony and the location, and the great kindness of all the staff. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also excellent.

About the only good thing here is the location and 1 friendly receptionist. The room was tiny, the building is just concrete so you hear everything in the corridors and surrounding rooms and the laminate flooring is peeling. I've had better showers in camper vans and the Bar staff are rude and unhelpful. Don't expect to be able to use the sun loungers either. Although 90% were empty I was told I could rent 1 chair with no umbrella and only in the back row next to the bar where people were eating their dinner! I asked why but was made to feel stupid and dismissed so I just lay on the beach instead. Terrible place, I would urge you to find somewhere nicer!

I come here to the bar terrace to have a. Coffee. An endless and unnerving queue lasting 10 minutes. You sit down. You get up. Go to the cash register. Stand in an endless queue. Pay in advance. You sit back with your number in hand, waiting for the waiter who will scan all the tables looking for the number to which you can deliver the order. Get organized better. The game is not worth the candle

Dated hotel, bathrooms in need of renovation, to take a shower I flooded everything, either hot or cold water. We were without electricity for about two hours, with wet hair. He says there was a blackout in the area. But everything nearby was illuminated. Not to mention the breakfast. A croissant and a cappuccino at the bar. Never seen a hotel without a breakfast buffet. Not to mention the attached establishment, where in addition to having paid for umbrellas and sunbeds, to wash my feet at the fountains I had to insert a 20 cent coin. Never seen something like this in an establishment. Very negative experience. Never again

Unfortunately, despite the good location and parking, waiters and bosses do not have the basics of education, respect and professional training nor empathetic or commercial intelligence to leave a good memory and a good word of mouth... We stayed with the family for almost 3 weeks from nigh**are with half board in which the dinner was served not complete but with only 2 courses and as category B customers compared to the casual ones... Regarding the beach, unfortunately the family management with the Director's sister who did not meet the needs. ...without any empathy or particular trea**ent considering our expense of 3 weeks with half board he always gave us places without a view of the sea and with families of very rude kids which really led us to count down our stay. The rooms with the bare minimum had bathrooms with a sloping shower floor and no accessible windows... the beach was not clean and without any comfort. The staff, except for a few, are rude and without education or training. Prices are expensive even just to clean the sand from the feet. I asked to speak to the Director, this to a lady and in any case to a customer, he had the receptionist report that he would be found in the adjacent hotel in his office, without the slightest care or interest regarding the complaints of a long-staying client, coming himself to the client's hotel to inquire about the shortcomings of the structure on his behalf... This episode regarding the attitude could be enough of not caring about the customer because if the Director himself does not care about the customers' complaints, the family and non-family staff can only have an attitude of rude disinterest and evident lack of professional training. As regards the I love restaurant with which they have an agreement, the menu is partial and not complete and even the reserved service is like category B customers having moved us to the point of putting us in the worst place. Extremely negative experience and to be cancelled.

As often happens to me, I stop in the afternoon at the bar terrace for an aperitif. I head to the bar to order, as always. The girl tells me to sit at the table because now the orders are taken directly there. "Great news" I think, even though I liked the formula order/pay/take the number to put on the table (Mc style) and they bring your order to you. Oh well... different policies but it's okay. The new windows are also beautiful, in fact they give a more "launge" style... but even the "nautical" wood from before wasn't bad. I sit down, the boy arrives, I order a spritz and ask if I can kindly also have 2 (I mean 2) chips. The boy stops for a moment then says to me: "look, the chips/peanuts are 4 euros (4 EURO?) more... new policy". Wow 2 small bowls 4 euros... I tell him no (it doesn't seem fair to me) and I just ask him for the spritz. It arrives with a glass that I notice is smaller than the usual one they served before, and frankly it doesn't seem to me that the proportions between Aperol, prosecco and seltzer are right (be careful barman, being an IBA coded cocktail the spritz has a precise recipe). Oh well... I relax looking at the sea. I finish, I go to the cash register to pay: "it's 7 euros... thanks" 7 EUROS for a "glass of ALMOST spritz without even a chip"!!!!!!!! Honestly it doesn't seem fair to me!!! Beware of traders not to be greedy and want to maximize profits in a very short time... because you risk not being competitive and losing customers. And don't tell me that all in all it's the place that makes the difference, because... yes, the terrace overlooking the sea may be choreographic, but we're talking about a spritz and 2 (I mean 2) chips. It took very little to avoid losing a customer!

A reasonably small hotel with a good beach location. We had a good time, even if the bathroom needs renovation. Small rooms but it works. Few of the staff speak English so there were some misunderstandings when ordering breakfast where things were missing from our breakfast order 2 days out of 4 but that's not the whole world. We spoke up and got what was missing. The lady at the reception spoke good English and was very nice and service minded just like the other cleaning/bar staff. The worst was the female administrator who sits inside the reception. She really should change jobs. We had rented beach towels for the 4 days we spent there and we asked if we could keep the towels for a couple of hours on the last day after check-out, i.e. between about 11am-2pm when we had an evening flight and wanted to spend the last few hours on the beach. The nice lady at reception said it was ok but the female miserable admin woman said no so we were left without towels. Talk about her having the wrong job and ruining the hotel with such a lack of customer service. Had it not been for the super nice lady at the front desk, my review would have been tougher. Overall, it was a good experience.
