Phillipe owns the Hotel. He and his staff give outstanding customer experience which leads to great customer service. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Bedrooms are quite small, but one with a balcony on the 6th floor is just superb. Views are fabulous. Fully recommend this hotel and do talk with Phillipe if you need to know anything about Le Havre. In order to go to Elephant Trunk Hill, it is just opposite the train station and the bus station. Zero distance. The hotel’s seasoning is good, the room is quite big, the view is good, and the breakfast is good. On the other side of the hotel is a shopping mall. There are places to eat and shop, recommended.

By booking 3 days first, I extended another 2 days because the hotel is very good. I didn't eat breakfast because I like to make my own coffee in the room with the provided kettle, and it's cute to take a bath in the bathtub. Behind the hotel, the bridge quickly leads to the Primark Shopping Center or the other side of the university, then into Boulevard Joffre, leading to the new Coty Center and Fnac Refuge on a rainy day. This is a boulevard with many shops.
