Nice stay in a fairly quiet area. Very popular eating and shopping district within 1/2 mile. Unfortunately, so popular we were unable to find parking for an early Saturday evening dinner. One occasion we heard ambulance sirens directly out our window. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

Had to request new room due to used q tips on the floor, bath tub was not clean, towels and sheets had stains on them and holes in them. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were extremely courteous . My only complaint is that i was there the Sunday of the Super Bowl and, believe it or not, the property didn't offer CBS on their tv ! This is a free channel so i dont understand why the local affiliate wasnt availible. I had to grab a Lyft and go to a sports bar to watch the game .This was a huge inconvenience, especially since was listed as a station offered . Very disappointing .

Air conditioner had a small clicking noise time to time other than that almost perfect visit. Great customer service from the front desk during check in and out!

I never been in any hotel that did not include continental breakfast this holiday inn wanted $8.95 per person we went for breakfasts some where else

Hotel is extremely clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a personal preference, but our room was very warm, even with the heat set to 60. There was some extremely loud and obnoxious guests who arrived around 1030pm in the room above us and I finally relented at 1230am and called the front desk to ask them to please keep it down. The person I spoke with was extremely polite and within in minutes the noise stopped and we were able to get a few hours of sleep before having to check out and go home. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.

Like the room nice and spacious & the amenities hairdryer, Dove soap and shampoo. Spacious room. Tv could be bigger and easier to operate with guides & should have a continental breakfast. As much as they charge you for the room breakfast should be included. Otherwise all was good.
