房東態度很好，我們到達時店長就已在小區門口等候並帶路到房間，這裏就在最美落日海灘邊上，我們下午在房間休息等到6點太陽快下山就出去海灘看落日。他們家的廚房讓人有下廚的沖動，我們到距離4公里的菜市場買魚、鴨做飯，第二天早上煲海鮮粥味道不錯的哦。

很像在別人家裡住的感覺，屋裡啥日常生活用具都挺全，鍋碗瓢盆，各種洗涑用品，有衣服撐子，還有洗衣機可以洗衣服可以晾曬。酒店導航位置有偏差，應該直接在高德搜三衹熊就可以到了。小區環境不錯，這地方遠沒有三亞那麼熱，涼快而且風大，適合長住。

五一下雨天，抱着親子房私湯去的，想着怎麼樣也可以在房間玩。後面想入住的朋友們，温泉是沒有的，設施設備也有點舊了，圖片應該是剛剛開業的時候拍的，衞生也一般。特別是龍沐灣一路都有點荒廢了，如果是特意來的不推薦。一路走一路失望。

房子屬於龍沐灣高檔小區，但是有部分區域爛尾，這個也影響一點居住感受。首先先説不滿意的地方，房屋算強行改成的2室一廳，不隔音。房型圖片與實際不符，衞生比較差，馬桶和浴室確實打掃的不乾淨。床墊有味道，吹了2天都還能聞到。餐具使用年限有點長，污垢清洗不乾淨，都是從新買的一次性餐具，抽油煙機油膩膩的。洗衣機蓋子那裡很臟，又自己動手弄了一遍，才放心洗自己的衣服。現在説説優點，第一價格便宜（提前預訂），離海較近，最美落日海灘還是比較適合小朋友玩的，早上10點-11點可以到沙灘上去買海鮮，離8所和9所都近，開車去買海鮮還是不錯的新鮮，但是要注意避坑，缺斤少兩、亂報價和結賬….等等現象還是存在。店長還是比較熱心，比較適合自駕遊和租車遊的朋友。到東方，南山寺、三亞、樂東位置適中，來回不趕路。對居住環境要求不高的朋友是非常適合的。

房東熱情，接送尖峯站，房間佈局不錯，由於旁邊酒店的關閉，使得去海邊的路有點點遠哈。卧室與客廳是分開的，贊，雖然浴缸沒有温泉，但陽台坐着還蠻舒適，小區環境沒的説，就是小區周圍配套設施沒有跟得上，適合於開車去，是養生好地方。
