不管是兩個前台還是客房的態度都很差，我是來消費的不是來看臉色的ok？衞生也一般，毛巾都拉絲了還給客人用，我家這種都直接拿來當抹布了，讓前台找人來換掉，客房也沒換，再催一次前台還在那裡：這是第三次給你換毛巾”真無語衞生也很一般，除了位置好，其他都差強人意，不會再去了

衞生間衞生差。還有，竟然選擇重新裝修，那個吹風機就不能換了嗎？吹起來一股燒焦味，然後裏面鐵絲都紅了，震的手麻麻的吹起來，感覺隨時能噴火那種。而且確實好多個都壞了，住過幾次了，大多數房間的吹風機都這樣，有的甚至都壞了。

我真的服了，十一點半叫打掃衞生？？？就為了下班？？？？説了幾次了，續房不要求打掃衞生，就不要來敲門，影響睡眠。睡着睡着被叫醒，真的很煩。説了好幾次也説不通，活該差評。人家其他酒店怎麼沒像你們酒店一樣，人家都是下午兩點，才叫打掃衞生，退房。你們家，不是十一點多，就是十二點多。真的服？？？

我一般不會給差評。衹是建議一下，能不能兩點才叫打掃衞生，有時候晚睡，好不容易睡個懶覺，十二點半被叫醒。其他酒店都是兩點左右才叫退房，打掃衞生。還有，吹風機太舊了，吹好久都沒有幹。還好幾次都壞掉了，吹不了。

都挺好的，酒店裝修風格不錯。但是有一點真心建議，不要再讓阿姨十二點半吵着問打掃衞生了，都還在睡覺，有點影響睡眠。我記得貴酒店最晚是兩點退房吧！還有一點就是，續住的，人家不要求打掃衞生，就不要一直敲門問了吧，有時都還在睡覺😂😂😂
