A clean, quiet, comfortable apartment within a short distance of where i was working for the week.

Really nice little apartment, ideal for a couple or solo trip. Very cosy and warm for the cold weather. Close to city centre too. Only thing I’d change is the sofa, hard to get comfy as it is leather and slippery but that is a minor detail and personal preference. Overall loved my stay and the team are really helpful.

Had a great weekend stay at KSpace. The apartments are in a ideal location for the shops, bars and Xmas markets. The accommodation itself was clean and well equipped with what we needed and we was allowed to check in early. Thank you Penny & Millie.

This apartment was fairly great, spacious living room & kitchen, and the bed was amazing definitely a good night's sleep. We stayed 2 nights for the Leeds Christmas Market, close to the city centre. However the apartment does require general maintenance. When we arrived, we soon discovered the sofa had a hole on the right side underneath. 2 windows had dysfunctional handles, they shut fine just didn't lock. Apart from those few issues they was no other problems. (Obviously can not speak for the other apartments) As for the actual building itself it looked very well and clean secured with an access gate. We met a woman for our apartment key and she was very helpful, no issues there. Overall we would book again if the issues we had are resolved.

Really comfortable stay in my 1 bedroom apartment. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything i would need. Penny was so easy to communicate with, and I'll definitely look to stay again.

Very spacious and quiet, close to city centre, nice and clean - had a lovely weekend stay.

Condition of the unit was not very good. The apartment I was given was not shown in any of the photos so it was very deceptive to arrive to stay for a week in an apartment that clearly needs to be renovated. Very disappointing. The apartment only came with one towel for the entire week so I had to wash the towel each day. No washing powder was provided so I had to purchase it at a local store. There is no parking around the apartment unless you want to pay a large amount each day to the apartment at an additional cost. There were only one small shampoo for the week. No coffee was provided. Kitchen needs repair as well as new carpet. Only good thing was it is in a safe area and you can walk into town easily. Just be careful if you decide to stay here because you may not get a lovely unit as seen in the pics when you reserve. The unit looked nothing like the photos.
