房間裏的傢俱是實木的，房間比較大，衞生條件一般，偶爾會聞到一股臭味，有可能是因為山裡潮濕，在温泉中心更衣室聞到的臭味更濃。温泉中心的池子不多，池子的造型都差不多，稍顯簡陋，不同的湯池是用專門的粉調的，不是中葯葯包。聽裏面的工作人員講，温泉水是從2800米的地下抽上來的，説是真温泉。

房間的傢俱居然都用金絲楠木做的，高端大氣上檔次。因為是旅遊淡季過來，人不多，感受非常好，第一天到了就泡温泉，住了一晚第二天睡醒再遊個泳，感覺我們都是包場的，非常好的一次入住體驗，值得再來。

從天門山到酒店行程4小時多點。因為是回家途經地，就想休息一下。結果告知室內温泉結束到10點。實外的9點就結束的。幸好我們是7點到店。房間寬廣很新。衞生也好。缺點是夜燈一個翻身就亮起來，好煩。我們房間的花灑頭也不好使。水是又熱又大，這點就太可惜了。細緻問題做好客人體驗感就不理想

旅途中在高速上看到該酒店指示牌，決定前往。酒店離高速口不遠，檔次不低。高科技的房間，所有燈光及窗簾都可以用語音控制。漂亮的泡池，無邊的泳池，寬敞的按摩池大廳，甚至可根據客人要求調整水温…高級享受，超值！

假期來鄉村住住，這個酒店是方圓幾裏最好的選擇了，佔地大，設施新，環境沒得説，夏天能玩水，冬天有温泉。房間內裝修看得出老闆是花了心思的，服務在鄉村裡開講已經很不錯了。唯一的一點就是有的房間，空調聲音有點吵。樓下院子裏的金桂正是開花的時候，很美很香。

先説優點，酒店及園區整體環境不錯，酒店也比較新，房間內的設施為中式傢俱配天貓精靈智能控制燈光窗簾等，木質地板進入房間後，有一股木質的香氣，點贊。
再説不足，早餐除了主食之外，菜衹有兩個，一個是涼拌海帶絲，另一個就是炸花生米，過於單調。另外，從園區車輛和早餐用餐人數（7:30吃早餐的時候衹有我一個客人和幾個工作人員）來判斷，入住該酒店的人應該不會太多，也就是説房間應該不緊張，給我安排的房間的窗户居然是有半個屋頂…這個我認為不太應該。本着讓每個客人都滿意的服務理念，我認為衹要有比這種房間好的，就應該首先安排，而不是首先安排這種視野不好有遮擋的房間。吐槽。
最後是一個建議，酒店離邵陽北高鐵站導航衹有6.8公里，我來的時候，從高鐵站過來打車，試過所有網約車平台，全部都要加價，原本十幾塊錢的費用至少要加到50元。建議酒店根據高鐵站的到站時間或者每天的固定幾個時段開設酒店，到高鐵站的來回接駁車。其實找一個電動車接駁的成本就會非常低。
