Check in was smooth and efficient. Its such a small hotel that you get a feeling you are arriving to someones home or a private chalet. Hotel is super historic but with a nice decor. Lunch at hotel restaurant was not so good - kind of like a fast food experience. Service was sooo slow i never experienced that level of lack of any sence of urgency. We had to request to get bread several times and after 40 minutes got advised first we shall put a food order and after get the bread. We were waiting for drinks also like for an hour. After ordering all the food at once it also arrived all together in same moment no order of the dishes etc. Meat we asked for medium it came totally well done. At this point we didnt have any room nor patience to ask for anything just wanted to go from there asap. Just note that there were 2 tables when we were eating so an empty place. Breakfast same story its tasty the food and options are avarage but it takes 2 hours to serve one table. We appreciated the kindness of Maximiliane and Clara, thanks for good service and for doing the best. The room had a lot of issues, radio that would start to make noise in the middle of the night. Room was so dark i had to use my phone light in order to see something. I got amenities including the welcome card from previous guests… i didnt want to touch the cake as didnt know if its from week before from previous guest. Something you dont expect to get when there are only 13 rooms at hotel the mix up cant happen. Overall if you want privacy its a great place also super affordable but if you want luxury look somewhere else

"Amazing LeCrans in Switzerland!" I had a wonderful stay at LeCrans in Crans-Montana. Our two-floor suite offered a luxurious experience with an amazing mountain view. We truly enjoyed the stunning scenery, delicious breakfast , and relaxing spa. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this lovely hotel! Our first visit to the Swiss Alps and a stay at LeCrans was a true highlight. A beautiful hotel with the most spectacular views across the Swiss mountains. The hotel had only just opened for the summer season and they were wonderfully organised with everything working as it should. The hotel itself is beautiful in a traditional chalet style with amazing wood and high vaulted ceilings. We stayed in a deluxe suite which was amazing with superb views. We even had the opportunity to light the fire in our suite on one very cold day! My only suggestion is to add some planting to each balcony to provide a little more privacy. The staff really made our experience truly memorable. A huge thanks to Zacha, head concierge who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with our plans for walks and other things to do. Also, Laura, Virginie and Damien on the front desk who shuttled us places and were always on hand with helpful advice and were always, without fail incredibly charming. The restaurant experience at Mont Blanc is one not to be missed! Alexis and Cyril were equally charming and helpful and really made for two very special evenings in the restaurant that my husband and I had! The chef is amazingly talented and the meals we had are impossible to describe.........but we highly recommend this experience! A final thanks to Ana also in the restaurant who ran breakfast and was absolutely delightful - a wonderful way to start the day! We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for a mountain stay. We will most certainly be back!

My 4th stay in awesome LeCrans Hotel & Spa. This time, I was staying in room 201 and enjoyed the 7 courses dinner in the 1 Star Michelin restaurant LeMontBlanc. I had the chance to be almost alone at all times in the spa, pools, sauna and hammam, this is a great time and opportunity to relax fully your body and brain. As always, great staff, great services, great view and great food. I'll be back !

Thank You very much for the upgrade to a fantastic Junior Suite Atlas We have enoug space, jacuzzi and big terrace. We were Lucky with the sunny weather and enjoyed a lot in the pool. Big thanks to Malven, he was very friendly .

Today I visited le crans Spa it was such an amazing experience. The workers were professional and friendly. After we passed by the restaurant to have a drink service was very good workers as well professional and welcoming especially Emanuel. Thanks a lot I absolutely recommend 👍🏻

A Gem in the Alps – A Stay Worth Writing Home About Where does one even begin? LeCrans is, quite simply, a slice of heaven perched high in the Swiss Alps. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as guests but as old friends, returning to a home we never knew we had. Ryan—charming fellow, impeccable manners—welcomed us with the sort of warmth that makes you feel instantly at ease. Capucine and Ophélie, two absolute marvels, ensured that not a hair was out of place during our stay, while Renan and Diego added their own brand of polished hospitality, leaving us thoroughly spoiled. The views? Simply amazing! Snow-dusted peaks, rolling clouds, and sunsets that would make even the most hardened cynic weep. The spa, I must say, is a masterpiece of indulgence—so relaxing, I feared I might never leave. And the food? A symphony of flavors that danced about the palate. LeCrans isn’t merely a hotel, dear reader; it’s a triumph. A place where service, scenery, and savoir-faire collide in glorious harmony. Bravo to the team. And yes, we’ll be back. One can’t resist such perfection, after all!

We stayed at one of the 3 Luxurious apartments at LeCrans Hotel and Spa. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, all with a fantastic view of the mountains. This hotel is located almost at the top of the mountain. However, the hotel provides you with free transport within the Crans-Montana area in one of their luxurious Mercedes cars. If you are in a group of 3 people or more they have a small Mercedes bus, they also use that bus in case you have a lot of luggage. They have an S-Class Mercedes car as well for transport within Crans-Montana to the hotel. We used both cars during our stay and the driver "Rayan" is one of the kindest people you can meet there. We had some nice conversations with Rayan and I have high respect for his decent attitude and I recommend his company a lot. On arrival, we were welcomed by Giovanna "head of guest relations". She was very down to earth and she accompanied us to the apartment and explained everything in detail. I forgot to mention that I was welcomed with a hot refreshing small towel to balance the cold. That was a nice touch actually. What I liked the most in this hotel was the brilliant views of the mountains where the snow has covered literally everything. I took some pictures from my room and the terras where you can see and feel what I mean haha. I also liked swimming in the heated outside pool where the water temperature was around 35 degrees, the snow was falling which added an extra pleasure to my moment. It was a nice feeling and I can't describe it in some words. The breakfast was served in a restaurant with a view to the mountains too. There is an option to have your breakfast ordered to your room but we preferred to have our breakfast in the restaurant. The chef was nice and smiley. We ate a delicious breakfast. In general, I can rate this experience as one of the most unique travels I have ever had. Everything was perfectly designed and in every corner of the apartment there was a touch of beauty. Me and my husband stayed 3 nights at LeCrans, we loved everything about it, the room was amazing, the view, service, dinner at the restaurant, and they provide a car sevice to take you to the village that takes a few minutes by car from the hotel.
