After a rather dismal experience in Nashville we were so happy with this hotel choice. It is very clean and everything works! Special mention to ”Joy” who was on the front desk. She welcomed us warmly and offered advice and kindness. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good with close proximity to the highway, food, & a ”Starbucks”. The hotel is clean with the typical amenities. The staff is friendly and the price was reasonable. The room was a good size with a small but well-stocked kitchen. The bed was fairly comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was much better than in most hotels. There is a FREE breakfast. We were assigned room 214 which was next to the elevators. We asked to be moved due to the very loud noise from the elevators when in operation but the hotel was full. If you are a light sleeper, stay away from rooms 212, 213, 214, & 215 and their equivalent rooms on other floors. Overall, nice hotel.

We stayed here for three days this week. The location is really hard to get to as you have to drive thru a fancy hotel's parking lot to get down to it. It is very dirty looking from the outside. When I entered I asked to see the room prior to checking in and I was told they had taken out the bushes and the shutters to start painting outside. When I inspected the room, it was one of the newer remodeled rooms but you could still tell it was old as there were still holes in the walls where paint had chipped and they just pained over the top of it. The lighting in the parking lot was very minimal so not a place I wanted to be after dark. They were big rooms. The TVs were smaller and the beds were just OK, since it was a newer room the mattresses were quite firm. The shower worked great and we didn't see any bugs while we were there. The breakfast was the worst and we ended up skipping the breakfast as there was no waffle maker and the coffee I had tasted like dirt. There is a Dunkin Donout two blocks down!!! Once when going down to the lobby, the elevator stopped on third floor and the workers doing the remodeling had beer in their hands and a case of beer. The ice machine was broken. They did clean the room pretty well each day but due to the condition of the rest of the hotel and the breakfast I would not recommend it and I won't stay there again.

The service is really great here as well as the cleanliness. The room is really spacious, it does not feel cramp like other motels/ hotels I have been to. Another thing I liked about this place is that on the third floor there is a guest laundry room where you go use the machines for a certain amount of quarters and you have to bring your own detergent. Because of COVID-19 they serve breakfast in paper bags which are available in between 6 - 9AM, said breakfast is a banana, bottle of water, and a NutriGrain bar. Overall, the stay here in Springhill Suties was really great everyone was frinedly and efficient, next time I comeback to Lexington I will for definitely book at this place again.

Best hotel customer service I've ever had. The hotel room was fine enough, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hot tub was broken..The customer service was one of a kind. This hotel, especially the morning driver went above and beyond in many ways. I wish these folks could be cloned and should be training others.

This is a very nice hotel. We use it a lot when traveling to Ohio. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are a bit tired with tubs instead of the newer step-in showers and the toilets are very low to the ground. The front desk staff are always polite and very helpful. We ask for specifics when staying, and they are always so accommodating.
