Everything is good, convenient, clean

Staff very pleasant. Property under some construction, understandably. Needs some touch up painting to freshen up appearance. Room very clean.

Roads were not clear of ice. There has been a main water line burst in the lobby and there’s loud fans blowing and the lobby looks terrible. They advertised continental breakfast but served brown paper bags with a couple things in them. The yogurt was old. The rooms are not like the pictures. But the bed was comfortable. And the pool was cold but not crowded.

Quite hotel, near very many options for food and shopping. Easy on/off the interstate However, due to the weather there was a water main break and the set the sprinkler alarms off about 10:30 pm. We were able to go back to our rooms after the alarm was silenced because the water damage was in another part of the property ton our room. I know this was not the fault of the propert, it was an inconvenience, but it didn’t ruin the trip. Hotel staff excellent under the circumstances.

I enjoyed some upgraded technology for the check in process and the pool area was decent. The rooms seemed to be dated and definitely not up kept with maintenance.

Dallas at the front desk was wonderful. He was so helpful and polite. He took the time to tell us about local restaurants and diners place was clean. Pool was great.

The room had old food wrappers from other guests and the shower curtain was dirty! The water pressure wasnt good either! The host at front desk was awesome and lobby very pretty!

Convenient to shopping and all areas of Lexington and interstate. Dallas was excellent when checking us in. This is becoming our go to hotel when visiting the area.

Everything was great except the soda machines would take your money, the shower didn’t get very hot and the shower curtain had some mold but I’d come back again because of the friendliness of the staff, the room was great and it was a good location to everything.

Staff is amazing very helpful and kind. Overall it’s not a bad hotel. A little dated but reasonable prices help that. My biggest complaint is the lack of water pressure and amount of towels. The pillows are a joke too. They are the size of a postage stamp and just as thick as one Also. I ended up buying a pillow to sleep after the first night.

Great price and location, only issue was the loud people out in the hallways after midnight. Great breakfast !?

Sheets were yellow stained and comforter had burn hole in it. Room had musty smell. Hair in bathroom floor and old washcloth hanging on shower rod Overall didn’t feel clean at all
