這個差評主要出於前台對客人的服務態度差、應急應變能力差以及酒店管理能力差。我要有理有據的説一説。7.14我下午三點半之前辦的入住 ，普通標間房型，前台安排入住323房（這是盡頭一個角落房間，房型不規則，比同樓層我路過看到的窄一些）但是房間整體看上去還是不錯的，我就覺得也沒啥。六點過幾分我和同伴吃了飯回來，想早點休息第二天一早要起，結果房間正對上去的四樓，在用電轉打孔啥的，我給前台打電話反應，六點過了是不是應該停工，前台回覆要八點之後才停工，我要求換房，説我訂的是特價標間，並且衹有323一個房間是特價標間，我反覆強調我定的普通標間，前台很不耐煩得讓我自己看訂單，當她反應過來她搞錯了，説給我換旁邊的325，但是這個房間衹有一牆之隔，我不懂這個前台是怎麼想的，來氣客户的？後來回電給我説，經理給我們升級豪華標間，保潔阿姨在樓上給我們開門，到了樓上一直等不到人，我正好充電器落樓下了，就下去拿順便叫了保潔阿姨上來開門（保潔阿姨態度很好 ，服務意識很強，後來還給我送了遺失物到樓上）。所以我想説前台你態度不僅有問題，你應變能力也是真的差，酒店是沒給你開工資還是酒店是你自己開的。再者裝修應該也不是臨時開工吧，物業通知了你們還是早早把房開出來，不懂得變通一下嗎。我這次是第二次入住，體驗真的不好，希望你們好好整頓下，酒店現在設施好，但是年生久了，硬件設施總會被超越，服務做不好，是留不住老客户的。

房間不錯，停車方便，每次回樂至都住這裏。就是樓上開了餐飲後，人員有點雜，電梯衞生有點不滿意。酒店本身是很滿意的。

酒店很好，一連入住了好幾天，設施設備還是比較齊全的，住的很舒心！ 前台服務員熱情，有任何要求都可以及時辦到且很樂意，早餐品種豐富，味道還不錯，裝修得也很大氣！是個出行不錯的選擇！

酒店的設施設備還不錯，感覺房間還很新，也沒有什麼異味，空間也很大，工作人員也很親切，會主動打招呼，前台小姐姐服務很好，和善！毛巾很柔軟，床品也很乾凈，空調也挺給力的。
