投影儀：能開不能用，畫麪糊的根本看不到任何東西
空調：卧室一台、客廳一台，但制熱能力極差，冬天很冷
空調遙控器：兩個遙控器電池都沒電了，換換吧，空調差點打不開，來來回回倒騰二十分鐘
廚房：水壺能用，其他有點臟
衞生間：沒有浴霸，所以當天沒勇氣洗澡（客廳和卧室空調的熱氣可吹不進來）
洗漱用品：牙刷掉毛我能理解，但扎我牙齦裏就有點過分了
沙發床：是壞的，所以住兩個人可以，四個人就別想了
不過真能看到海，下過雪後外面的景色還可以
另外，裏面提供了計生用品，我以為是杜蕾斯，結果是杜雷士，笑死

房間很温馨，寬敞適合大家庭或者朋友出遊。
位置也很方便，唯一不好的是停車不太方便，不過酒店步行100米有一棟大廈收費停車，封頂20元，很安全～老闆回覆消息也很及時！
衞生也是可以的，還能做飯！

我們訂的兩室兩廳180平米的房間，有Ktv，電自動麻將桌，帳篷床，兩張雙人床，大人和孩子都很滿意。房間乾淨衞生，有桶裝礦泉水，有大的落地窗，還可以做飯，對帶孩子的家庭非常友好。地理位置優越，離在海一方公園很近，免費的帶孩子玩水的好地方！比連島來説浪小一些，但人相對來説也少些。來連雲港玩兩天，連島去了，花果山去了，都很失望，尤其是花果山，本身門票就不便宜了，還有各種二銷，小交通費收就收了，上下車的地點還離大門那麼遠，非得讓走充斥着賣大部分質量不好的“小特產”的路！對比起來在海一方公園就很好，因為時間不足，就玩了半天，孩子們戀戀不捨。蔚藍海岸就在在海一方公園的附近，墟溝美食城離住宿的地方也不算遠，真是來連雲港玩住宿的絕佳好地方。

整體環境不錯，房間看到的海景很美。距離在海一方公園比較近，小區比較大，開車更方便些。最大的優點是可以自己做飯，廚具鍋碗齊全，對於帶孩子來玩的非常合適。另外希望把洗手間的水龍頭換一下，洗手枱空間太小，可以放兩個架子，不然洗漱的東西沒地方放。

晚上車位很緊張，還好預留了樓下的車位。民宿空間很大，窗外景色也很美，如圖片一樣，吊椅打卡很好看，走下山過馬路便是在海一方公園海灘。衹是開門禁卡的盒子有點費勁，麻將不全也不能玩，洗臉盆的水龍頭很難用。

老闆的民宿房型挺多，分佈在在海一方附近的小區裏，我們一行10個人，想要離海邊特別近的，老闆給推薦的這個真的特別合適，房間大，設施多，海景非常震撼，能做飯，能聚餐，能唱歌，還能直接在房間裏看到日出，真的非常滿意的一間民宿。

在旁邊菜場買菜。帶着幾個大廚遊玩。一頓菜200+。有鍋和碟子，家裡燒很棒。沒有開火費。
