Hotel locates in the middle of early 20century style buildings. Also has the fantastic ocean view.

酒店住宿在連雲港老街內，很安靜。酒店內是民國風設計，環境舒適，服務很好。房屋內乾淨整潔，牆上安置的音響，播放的純音樂，很舒適。整體都很滿意。唯一不足是沒有防蚊液，或者我們沒有找到，晚上孩子被蚊蟲叮咬，有點嚴重。其他都還好。

這個酒店時間不算久，但是東西都像沒有維護的樣子，設施看起來都很舊了！電視是壞的！洗手池也是裂的！其它就不提了！再説服務，入住時服務人員態度就讓人捉急！退房時，更鬧心！晚上鎖大門人不見了，早上趕飛機找不到人開大門和退房，人來以後，説了時間趕，退房還磨磨唧唧這那的！

環境：儘管在海港，但非常清靜，空氣也非常清新。石頭房子，給人一種莊重和樸實感。
