五一節來連雲港玩，入住金陵雲台酒店，果然名不虛傳，一進大堂，就感受到了工作人員優質的服務和熱情的態度，酒店設施很好，游泳池人不多，水乾淨，水温合適；早餐更是豐盛，環境好，菜品豐富，還有連雲港的特色小吃，真是應該早點入住。

老牌酒店，服務很好很專業，入住時看到帶小朋友主動配送小童用品還送上小玩具，孩子很高興。早餐很豐盛，種類多，口味也不錯。泳池也很乾凈衞生，配套設施齊全。房間很安靜，隔音效果不錯。下次來連雲港玩還會入住這裏。

一到酒店，門僮（叔叔）就很熱情幫忙拎行李，等我登記入住，再送我上樓，這服務槓槓的。前台也很熱情，加了微信，叫外賣送東西發微信都會幫忙讓機器人送上來。 游泳池水温夠的，適合小朋友不擔心凍着。 餐飲按規定我家到了收費的門檻，身高135釐米了，小學一年級，但是國內五星酒店一般都不收。和前台説了，説會和領導反應。 總體還是非常滿意的，滿足我娃游泳、泡澡的要求。

精挑細選的老牌酒店，交通很方便，去花果山20分鐘左右，去連島好像一個多小時，對過有公園，本打算去的，但是行程太趕了沒撈着去，下次再去，辦理入住的時候孩子吵着要小禮品，我沒注意，結果進了房間掌建掌經理就給送來了，而且去完連島回來驚訝的發現房間裏又多了一個晾衣架，肯定是客房人員看到我東南西北晾了一堆衣服給我加的，好感動，這次玩的太開心了，下次來還住這裏

酒店位置交通便利，停車場很大，前台辦理入住時孫藝瑄很熱情的幫我做了房間升級，而且很人性化的就算看見衹有我和老公兩個人辦理入住也並沒有合併成大床，升級後的房間空間很大，視野也超好，對着對面的公園，我們一家四口都很喜歡。晚上走路去文昌路吃了夜宵，超級有煙火氣的一條小路。入住期間收到感謝客房部王鋅瞳的貼心問候以及關懷，很周到也很暖心，可以體會的到你們是用心在做服務的，真心很滿意，我家人都説如果不是接下來有行程想再住一宿了的。
