非常棒的酒店，服務也很好，自助餐也很好吃，種類也多，餐廳窗户外面庭院裏還有2隻孔雀，下次來連雲港還住這個酒店。有點小小的瑕疵是廁所有點返味，不過坐便間是單獨的，影響不大；淋浴水不是太大，可以更新下衞浴設施就完美了。

酒店好大，大堂很氣派，還有西遊記的相關禮物賣，挺可愛的。房間很大，很乾凈，設施雖然不是很新，但是看得出很用心。
重點來了，這家酒店的服務真的超級好！我住過的酒店並不少，超五星的都沒這麼熱情，而且是所有崗位的人都很好！餐廳前台都有送伴手禮，禮輕情意重！
去花果山很方便，車程就一會就到了，旺季還是要早點去，很容易限流！
如果要去花果山玩，不用考慮，就選這家，不會後悔！

首先，酒店環境優美。佔地面積大，大堂空間開闊，房間面積充裕，環境清幽。開窗賞景，眼前鬱鬱葱葱，耳聽鳥語蟲鳴，還可在餐廳邊吃飯邊欣賞孔雀，讓人感覺非常舒適愜意。第二，服務熱情周到細緻。辦理入住熱情幫助拿行李；不但免費升級了房型，還儘量給我們三家就近安排；每天都貼心贈送酸奶和小餅乾；餐廳工作人員都非常熱心，點名表揚房方園和曹芹；還有一天晚上訂了外賣發現筷子不夠，向餐廳求助也很爽快地給了一次性筷子和陳醋；游泳池處的大叔也很熱情提供各種幫助。第三，酒店設施完善。房間內床品清潔舒適，浴室面積充足，且特別人性化的給設定了很長一根晾衣繩，房間內可通過小度控制窗簾電視燈光，一樓還有游泳池健身房，游泳池雖然衹有兩三個小朋友，也有救生員盡職盡責的守護，餐廳餐品美味可口。要是非得説有什麼不足之處，應該是酒店位置距市中心偏遠，如果想訂外賣平均需要一小時。總之，對該酒店非常非常滿意，5星好評

住過的最差酒店！！
酒店為了掩蓋窗外的環境，把百葉窗簾按在外面！
為了來連雲港花果山，特意選定了當地的花果山酒店，單間房費含早1000多，定了2間豪華大床房，下午5點多辦理入住，安排的房間竟然是這樣的。
開了一天車，帶着小朋友就去吃酒店自助，晚上回到房間給前台經理打電話，經理的回答是你定的不是景觀房。
房間裏衹有2瓶礦泉水，沒有其他飲料，再多要幾瓶水服務員告知要收費。
酒店的自助100元一位，完全不止這個價格，還不如早餐呢。
這個酒店外部環境高大上，其他沒有了。
