Front desk staff where pleasant and helpful. ******* had screwed up the reservations, but staff was helpful in solving issues created. Property was clean. Exercise room was adequate. Path along the Des Plaines river one block away. Libertyville, a short drive, was quaint with quality restaurants. I didn't partake of the breakfast other than a banana, which was fresh. I would book another stay if in area on business in the future.

Was charges twice by the night guy.... beds are not comfy loud hotel...bathroom dirty small room could of stayed at a motel 6 and would of been better pool was cold and it said it was a heated pool...the only thing i liked was it had dove shampoo and body wash and conditioner hot brakfast in the morning and coffee...

The ice maker was making noises and it was across the hall. The light switch in the bathroom was touchy when on the light flickered. The breakfast staff wasn’t attentive to the needs of the guests. Ran out of scrambled eggs and a guest had to notify the staff hiding in the prep room.

I stayed here to attend Bootcamp graduation. The hotel is only 14mins away from the naval base and they provide roundtrip transportation to and from the graduation. Upon check in DA from front desk was super warm and welcoming and he helped us and provided all details needed to make our trip smooth. Great little hotel, breakfast was good , just needed the staff to replenish the items sooner. The hot water was always out and it ran pretty slowly. My room was cozy and clean. Overall I would highly recommend!

I was first put on the first floor when entering the room the smell was awful. I turned the fan on continuous and cracked the window trying to air it out did not work. I requested another room. I was given a room on the third floor with no assistance. Moved to the third-floor, elevator went out. I am a senior, needing knee replacement surgery. I had to go up and down all the steps for two days Sunday morning. The elevator was fixed again no compensation for having to go up and down. The manager seriously lacks customer service , my encounters with him both times I never received any kind of smiles just attitude. Ended up checking out a day early.

Stayed for my daughter’s graduation from Navy Boot Camp. Location is perfect only 5 miles from Graduation and from Pickup location when sailors go on Liberty. 10 minutes away from Walmart, Starbucks, main shopping centers. Very pleased with my stay and location was everything!! Free Breakfast was also great, a nice selection each morning. Highly recommend

Our was cleaned everyday. Customer service was really good. We had an early flight . They were very accommodating for letting us check in. Good for Families usually flyin in to attend their sons/daughters graduation from bootcamp. Breakfast serve daily . Good breakfast too! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful in taking care of our needs. Great location with a couple restaurants near by and a starbucks. Only 5 miles from the Naval base.

Wonderful experience. Top notch customer service. Building is well maintained and you can tell that management and staff take pride in the establishment. Breakfast was excellent and hot coffee always available. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was really helpful. Breakfast selections included pancakes, signature cinnamon rolls, yogurt, eggs, breakfast meats, oatmeal, cold cereal, muffins, and more. Location was perfect for our needs.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was good with many options. I would definitely stay here again.
