EXCELLENT HOTEL IN LIMA, EXCELLENT LOCATION, WITH MANY RESTAURANTS, BAKERIES, CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. THEY STILL OFFER AN INCLUDED EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. MY ROOM WAS JUST EXCELLENT. THE ROOM SERVICE EXCELLENT, THE CLEANING SERVICE JUST AWESOME.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Most of the food tastes great, I've only really tried the seafood so I can vouch for that. The juice and fruits are amazing. Housekeeping is quite effective. The location is really nice, Starbucks right next door, a few really nice restaurants nearby. On the other hand, the AC didn't work. The room had an unpleasant smell in one particular area. The view was okay but it wasn't what we were shown while booking the room online, that was a big disappointment. They hosted two parties while we were there, for two special occasions. It didn't really bother us so if you like parties well you'll like it.

This hotel was very comfortable and pleasant for our recent stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The room was a little dark and dated but had plenty of storage space and a comfortable sofa. The location is quite handy and the view from the room was lovely.

Excelente hotel, en una zona muy versatil, con tiendas muy cercanas, buena atencion y amabilidad, habitaciones comodas y completas, muy recomendado para estadias rapidas por negocios, los servicios adicionales tambien son muy buenos.

Arriendan la terraza del último piso para fiestas de reagetton a todo volumen toda la noche y madrugada. Tuvimos que irnos de noche a otro hotel como a las 10 de la noche y aún no me devuelven las 2 noches que había dejado pagado y no ocupamos. No lo recomiendo

La ubicación es excelente y el sector donde esta es lo que buscamos. Las habitaciones ya cumplieron su ciclo. Por otro lado las fiestas que hacen en le hotel, con personal de otra generaciones, molesta la estadía, porque captan un publico que no es para la zona. El bar o no se como denominarlo y su aviso contra la calle deteriora la imagen del Hotel.

Muy buena ubicación en San Isidro, la habitación amplia, mal aprovechada por los muebles, con olor a humedad. La alfombra lucia vieja y sucia. El televisor no era un smart tv, sin personal de servicio que nos ayude con las maletas cuando llegamos en taxi ni al partir

Hotel muito limpo, funcionários educados e solicitos, super bem localizado (próximo ao Barranco, Miraflores entre outros). Pontos negativos são: Café da manhã simples, o quarto que não está reformado (um pouco antigo) e festas a noite com música muito alta.
