The hotel lobby has a microwave for heating food and hot water. The twin room was quite small, with little room to rest. The location is excellent; a short walk downstairs to a supermarket and shopping mall – it's truly downtown.

El hotel es lindo, al menos lo fue en su momento. Las instalaciones son antiguas, lo cual no es malo, pero no es lo que se muestra en las fotos, podrían remodelar un poco el mobiliario. El problema es que como es un hotel con muy pocos clientes, llegar de noche es como llegar a un hotel fantasma, que es lo que nos pasó. Llegue al rededor de las 8 pm, la puerta cerrada, nadie en el hall, tocamos la puerta, nada; llamamos al hotel, nada. Luego de aprox 10 minutos nos abre la puerta la persona encargada de la noche (una sola persona para todo el hotel), el cual fue sumamente amable, eso no se puede negar, nos hizo entrar, revisó su lista y oh sorpresa, no figurábamos en ella. Luego de que se comunicó con gerencia y tomara fotos de mi reserva pudimos hospedarnos, claro, perdimos mas de media hora en la cual no sabia si tendría habitación o no. La persona que me atendió por teléfono no fue tan atenta, pero aprox a las 9 pm pude tener una habitación. Pequeña, antigua, pero limpia y cómoda. Pensábamos que podríamos cenar en el hotel, engreírnos un poco, pero no, todo cerrado. El desayuno estuvo rico, pero básico, no es el buffet que parece por las fotos.

My intention with this review is not to criticize, but to inform you about what we went through in Lima because of the package sold by Agaxtur for the Libertadores final. The aggravating factor is that I was with my daughter; if I had been alone, I might have swallowed this pill. - It was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. It's old, on a terrible street, and the neighborhood is bad. - Our entire apartment only had two working electrical outlets, but I feel privileged because in others, NONE worked. No air conditioning in ANY apartment. - I heard reports from guests saying that the bathroom light didn't work, and the hotel said there was nothing they could do. Those people left for another hotel, meaning they paid twice. - The breakfast was pathetic: slices of cheese, ham, bread, and butter. Coffee in a pot and milk. And nothing else. I could never have imagined that Agaxtur had "partners" of this caliber. If I had known this, I would have only bought the round-trip transportation to the stadium and the tickets. This serves as a record of what my daughter and I went through, and certainly NO ONE will be able to speak well of this hotel. It's regrettable.

Awful! The hotel is located on a main road and the windows aren't double-glazed! The rooms are extremely noisy!! We didn't sleep a wink all night!! What's more, breakfast isn't served after 8:15 am! No service whatsoever!! This hotel is strongly discouraged!!

Muy amables, atentos, serviciales, tanto en alojamiento como en el uso de los salones, muy recomendado para capacitaciones y estadía

Me hospedé en el hotel durante los Juegos Escolares Deportivos y Paradeportivos 2025 y tuve una estadía muy bonita. Desde el primer día, el personal fue increíblemente amable, desde los señores de limpieza hasta la administradora, Miriam, quien siempre estuvo atenta a cada detalle. La comida estuvo deliciosa, especialmente los postres, que fueron de mis favoritos. La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario para descansar cómodamente; es cierto que el hotel tiene un estilo un poco antiguo, pero la calidez y atención del personal compensan totalmente ese detalle. Además, el hotel cuenta con salas de conferencia, donde incluso organizaron una noche de cine para los escolares, algo que me pareció un lindo gesto para que puedan relajarse y disfrutar un momento diferente. En general, una experiencia muy positiva. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme allí en los próximos JEDPA 2026!
