Checking in was smooth and the front desk person was nice. Upon entry of the room the sink, counter, and floor were dirty. Stains on one of the beds comforters. Free WiFi was terrible being it continuously disconnected while doing business work on my laptop and phone so I couldn’t get any work completed. I asked the front desk about the WiFi and the assistant manager came up to our room to “help”. His idea of helping was telling myself and my family that iPhones suck and that’s why it isn’t working because his android phone works perfect. He then proceeded to tell me that I don’t know how to connect to WiFi with my laptop and that’s why it doesn’t work even when I showed him that it was dropping signal he continued to say it was our phones and laptop not the internet. His main response was “see see it works on my android phone just fine”. Also the toilet continuously had issues flushing. We had people next to us with kids that jumping around and banging on the walls the entire day until late in the night. Several items falling apart in the room it clearly shows the lack of caring for the property.
