This hotel is amazing. I have stayed here for years. HOWEVER, TRIP DOT COM needs to update what kind of room you are getting here. TRIP DOT COM does not know the specifics. In addition, check your BOOKING DATE. If you do a google search and log in thinking that you will be staying the same dates, TRIP DOT COM might push your search date to another day. Again, THIS HOTEL IS FAB. PERIOD. TRIP DOT COM needs some help :)

The noise from the upstairs unit was unreal. Until the late hours at night and then again early in the morning. It literally sounding like they were rearranging furniture for hours! I contacted the front desk 3 times, and nothing changed. The floors were dirty, and to top off a sleepless night because of the noise and terrible beds. There was zero hot water for a shower. When I mentioned it checking out the front desk person said “yeah, that happens when we are booked. Sorry” Never again will I stay there.

Room was cute and clean. The restaurant had delicious options. The pool and hot tub could use some updating but served it’s purpose.

Staff was very nice. Paid to upgrade our room to the Jacuzzi tub. Toilet was broken, heater was broken, hair dryer did not work and the screen door fell off. Thankfully they fixed the heat, but when brought attention about other issues you just get oh I'm sorry. Wondering if I should have saved my extra money from upgrading to get these amenities to work.

Cute place! The lobby has been remodeled to be modern and very nice. You can tell they are trying to elevate/remodel the rooms, the bed wasn’t the comfiest but still decent. Great location for a great price! The pool area is very nice with all the plants give it a good vibe and the restaurant was good as well. I would stay here again.

Room was decent but the glassware was definitely dirty. We came into the room and it had a gummy looking substance on the bottom of the cup. The staff was very friendly,

Everything was amazing really. It was a real downer though that cable was not working, and it was a great gesture of the hotel to give free dvd's but most titles were out so that was kind of a downer too.

Very cool place to stay right on the beach fell asleep to the ocean sounds. Peaceful, had breakfast on the balcony
